All the new additions make the latest entry in the Samurai series feel fresh, and certainly worth a purchase for fans of the series.
Warlords of Draenor is something borrowed and something new. It takes the aspects of pre-Cata World of Warcraft we love and weaves in a new story. It's comfortable and fun, but some might consider the content too easy.
With more than ten years worth of Halo content offered on one disc, The Master Chief Collection is one of the most robust curations I've ever seen. Not only does it offer you just about everything you could possibly want from Halo, but it does so on your terms, via a simplified navigation menu in which you are free to decide what to play.
With gorgeous visuals and the best campaign seen in years, Advanced Warfare won't convince people that hate the franchise that it's good, but former fans should return to see how the franchise has progressed.
For as much as I loved the direction the Disney Infinity team went with the Marvel Super Heroes characters and Play Sets, it doesn't give you that warm and welcoming Disney feel.
Any game where you can to transform humanity into a race of Cybermen to go back, conquer Earth, and upload everyone's consciousness to a great network is a damn good game IMHO.
A little buggy and a little glitchy, but a whole lot of stealthy.
Dungeon of the Endless is difficult and doesn't hold your hand, but at the same time it's addictive and rewarding.
Take the role of Harkyn, fight creatures, use familiar controls, and attempt to save humanity from an invasion.
Sunset Overdrive has all of the elements of a holiday blockbuster, but it's completely self-aware -- and it totally works in this case. It's a reminder that we don't always have to take games so seriously.
Simple premise with lots of jump scares. Five Nights at Freddy's may be a one-trick pony, but that trick is quite the treat.
A worthy investment if you have yet to play this fantastic open-world title. However, if this is a returning visit to Hong Kong, you might want to wait on a price drop.
Gameplay not only feels magical, the remixing capabilities for popular and classic songs are just as amazing.
Tons of loot. Tons of action. It's mostly the same Borderlands you've played before, which based on your point of view, can be a good thing or a bad thing
It's not easy for a game with the name Shinji Mikami attached to it to live up to the hype, but The Evil Within does a nice job of staying true to its roots.
Own a Wii U? Buy Bayonetta 2. Don't own a Wii U? Buy a Wii U.
As usual, it's a costly entry in the Skylanders franchise, but the sum of all its new and improved elements prove that there is still a lot of care and attention given to these little critters.
Destiny has lots of small issues, but for all they get wrong, they absolutely own it with fun gun play and balanced weapons. For now it isn't an amazing game, but DLC and the test of time will determine its true fate. Right now it's good, but not great.
Too casual for the hardcore, too hard for the casual. Driveclub might have a hard time finding its right audience, but its undeniably a gorgeous racer with expertly integrated social options.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is the best Lord of the Rings game I've ever played. It's that simple. It takes the gameplay of franchises like Assassin's Creed and Arkham City, throws new gameplay wrinkles into the fold, and adds a good character to make your time in Middle-earth exciting. But it's not all Hobbit stew and potatoes.
