A great sequel, that carries the legacy of a franchise and only improves on it. Lost Judgment is a triumph in many ways. That in the end is let down slightly by one big issue and a handful of smaller annoyances.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is a very engaging and entertaining game. It has a lot of technical and graphical issues when you want to play it but you don't have to notice as you are focused solely on killing the agents of Chaos.

Chinatown Detective Agency is a detective noir point and click adventure inspired by Carmen Sandiego. It involves real world sleuthing that will take you out of the world in order to solve puzzles. It has great art and character designs. It also has good voice acting during most major cutscenes.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a good remastering of the LEGO Star Wars games of the past, giving a more extended version of each game in addition to updating the graphics for each story. However, this is showing that the LEGO formula itself is becoming dated when all it can do is add a fresh coat of paint to a series of games that we have seen done to death by this point, including the beginning of the Rey Trilogy.

Frightence has some good ideas behind it and builds a creepy ambience around its eerie apartment building, but technical, durational, and gameplay limitations plague it alongside a scarce amount of content.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands had the potential to take RPG games and make them into something more like an RPG/FPS hybrid, but Gearbox forgot to keep the RPG bits in other sections of Tiny Tina's Wonderlands outside of the story. If there was more focus on the RPG side of things rather than established Looter/Shooter mechanics, then Tiny Tina's Wonderlands would be a much better game. But at the moment, it's just another Borderlands game, but a fan Borderlands game.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a triumph and a new direction for Kirby games as a whole. While not everything they throw in works, this is a game you'll enjoy playing, and then trying to get 100% completion on.

Weird West is a fantastic sandbox game that allows gamers to do what they want, complete with an interesting story and fun gameplay mechanics. Now, if only the AI-controller characters and the inventory system were addressed, it would make things better for the players.

Atelier Sophie 2 adds a lot of new features that help engage the players of the previous Sophie title. Combat feels fresh with the support party member mechanics. One problem is the alchemy system needing prior knowledge of previous games to succeed.

Despite its performance issues and clunky movement system, Ghostwire: Tokyo offers a unique twist on the First-Person, Open World formula. Ethereal Weaving is a fun way to combat the creepy visitors and it's incredibly easy to get lost in the Tokyo's dark alleyways.

Triangle Strategy brought very deep and compelling narratives and gameplay elements to this Nintendo Switch title. It doesn't always succeed in what it's trying to do. But overall, it's a fun experience.

Character depth and a plot that stands the test of time. .Hack//G.U. Last Recode on the Switch is a masterfully ported game that will be sure to engage you for hours on end. You will wish you were in "The World" for real. The Switch does have some hiccups here and there from frame stutters to wonky aspect ratio messing up the mini map.

WWE 2K22 is one of those games that, as a wrestling fan, I don't mind playing a few times over before using it as a WCW/ECW/AEW simulator game till something else comes along. The MyRise career mode looks to be a highlight of an otherwise limited video game. Now only if WWE could do something about their real-life product (and not fire half the roster before a game release) that can compare to some of the bookings you can do in WWE 2K22 and maybe they might have a chance to return to dominance… Till then, bring on the AEW video game!

Elex 2 is so full of problems, asking consumers to pay full price is ridiculous.

Gran Turismo 7 is probably the best racing simulation game on the market right now, something that every car fanatic needs to own. Gran Turismo 7 allows you to fine-tune everything from the motor, to the circuits, to the paint, and more. Everything can be made just the way you want it to be. Gran Turismo 7 is also the BEST looking game on the PlayStation 5… PERIOD. Everything is reflective, from the paint to the chrome on the wheel covers… It's AMAZING. If you're a racing fanatic, then this is the game for you.

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires improves upon the foundation of Dynasty Warriors 9 but it still has a large amount of issues that comes from AI, the textures and the overall feel of the open world being bland. Combat is tighter and the invasion maps feel satisfying.

Shadow Warrior 3 has some of the tightest controls in any shooter game I have played in recent memory. It has a fun plot with a lot of areas to kill demons in fun and engaging ways. Become the Jedi Spider-man if only for a few hours.

Elden Ring Review - Elden Ring is the perfect mixture of the Soulslike genre and open-world games. It's simply that good. Fromsoftware has taken everything it has learned, from both the Dark Souls, Demon's Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro games, and combined with a vast and amazing open world, and it works better than it probably should.

King of Fighters XV is perhaps the most accessible game in the series so far. Rollback netcode, great fighting game mechanics, and amazing visuals and sounds flesh out the game, and make it one of the better King of Fighters titles we’ve played in a while.
