Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 aims to be the first game in the series to be developed with AAA production values, however it is clear after playing the game that despite a bigger budget, the game carries some glaring flaws and technical issues that don't make it deserving of its budget.

6 / 10.0 - We Happy Few
Aug 17, 2018

Despite carrying an interesting premise, especially for its story, We Happy Few falters due to the lack of overall polish. It suffers from terrible performance and clunky combat controls while the focus on putting as many survival mechanics in a single-player story ends up making it look like a product that lost its identity.

Despite its flaws, htoL#NiQ is a unique and immersive experience that might be worth your time if you can jive with its awkward controls.

Sea of Solitude tackles a very sensitive subject matter and handles it beautifully. What it fails at is presenting it all in a package that offers satisfying gameplay.

6.5 / 10.0 - Vectronom
Jun 21, 2019

Vectronom is ultimately designed for a specific kind of audience. Those who are into rhythm games and are familiar with the monotonous trial and error associated with them will certainly find it appealing.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is intended for a very niche audience and doesn't really translate the best to console and PC coming from an Arcade Game.

It is about time we had a proper open world One Piece game but unfortunately, it is not without its faults. The open world feels barren, the combat is lackluster, stealth badly implemented and the mission design is repetitive. The game can still be plenty of fun especially the traversal, and it looks gorgeous in motion.

6.5 / 10.0 - Anthem

The world and setting of Anthem are amazing, the gameplay is super fun, but the mission structure and loot system let the game down.

An ambitious attempt to create a multiplayer focused ninja game in the Naruto universe. The foundation created here is solid but the content offered is just not good enough to attract the fans who have played the classic Naruto games with their story-focused campaign.

6.5 / 10.0 - State of Mind
Aug 16, 2018

State of Mind delivers an interesting story-driven experience with a mature theme that is likely to hook fans of dystopian/utopian science fiction. However, it doesn't do much to evolve the adventure game genre.

6.5 / 10.0 - MotoGP 18
Jun 16, 2018

This is a good first step for the series which is in the dire need of a reboot, but it still manages to falter with its essential gameplay mechanics and lacks in a presentation that is easy to see if you have played a lot of racing games. Nonetheless, this is still a fun racing game that should satisfy the fans of the series, but it is hard not to express disappointment over the potential even when the shift to Unreal Engine is a big one.

The weak combat and underwhelming RPG elements are the biggest hurdle in enjoying Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time despite offering strong visuals and a fun world to explore.

6.5 / 10.0 - Raging Justice
May 14, 2018

If we focus on Raging Justice solely as a Beat 'em up, it is not exactly the most original experience with a terrible art style. Despite that, it is still a fun multiplayer game that is good for passing time if you are in the mood for it.

6.5 / 10.0 - Gal*Gun 2
Apr 23, 2018

Gal*Gun 2 had the potential to be a fun game but it suffers from some serious design issues. The main gameplay is rather weak and repetitive in nature and the novelty factor ends rather quickly once you realize that there isn’t really much to do here.

6.5 / 10.0 - Sea of Thieves
Mar 23, 2018

Sea of Thieves offers a lackluster voyage past the first few hours, and feels incomplete. However, there is some fun to be had when the game works well as a social sandbox. There's plenty of unrealized potential here, as it's evident that the foundation is there for Rare to build upon in the months to come.

The Caligula Effect is another interesting take on the high-school social aspects mixed with dungeon crawling genre, however it features a rather lackluster combat system and suffers from some technical issues that make the experience less than enjoyable overall.

7 / 10 - Akiba's Beat
May 22, 2017

Akiba's Beat stirs too far away from the mechanics that made the first game so fun, resulting in a sequel that is merely a shell of its former self. It is a not a bad action RPG if you can ignore its connection to the past games.

Defomers is a charming physics based arena brawler that sounds interesting on paper but its execution leaves a lot to be desired.

Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters: Daybreak Special Gigs is a neat little update to the base game, but it doesn't really warrant its current price. At most, it could have worked well as an expansion to the base game, which unfortunately isn't the case here.
