Football Manager 2024 Console Edition continues to shape the formula on consoles, but it still falls far short of the PC version. Simplifying some tasks and content has its pros and cons. On the one hand, it allows for faster and more agile gameplay, ideal for enjoying the experience on consoles. On the other hand, it leaves in the way deeper functionalities in some essential areas of the franchise, such as scouting or chatter during games.

The idea of combining puzzles with rhythm is really good and is excellently executed because it invites those who are not very fond of rhythm games, as is my case, without disenchanting those who are. The story is entertaining although it takes a complete background given the characteristics of the title, although it makes sense that it is present to give it a framework.

I think that Kona II: The Brume is a title that can be of great interest to survival horror fans in general and in particular to players who have enjoyed the first installment. I think that the Canadians of Parabole managed to improve what they already did in the first installment, but they stopped too long to expand the fights that were not the core of the story and are not, either, the main reason why players of the genre choose the titles in it.

You may have sounded a little disappointed when describing many of its sections, but as sometimes this is about sensations and not so much about striking features that each studio marks in bold in their press releases, EA Sports WRC is a great Rally game. It's nothing more and nothing less, what we expected from Codemasters, a Dirt Rally, but licensed. The problem is that it doesn't go any further or surprise those of us who follow the launch of the annual WRC. It has some details, such as being able to create our own WRC, but the rest smacks of having already seen it, something that graphics technology doesn't exactly help.

Before our review of the different sections, we can comment that we are with a quite different simulation game, in the sense of having dinosaurs, which will be the greatest virtue that we will get. And this, to the surprise of fans of the genre, will be a very interesting twist to keep in mind.

Car Detailing Simulator is everything it promises, and nothing more. It's an acceptable port with a few technical bugs that don't affect the experience too much. This game is simple, but it delivers, so we shouldn't demand much more than there is.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 decided to make the move to a full game and the result was not what was expected. While the change in gameplay and character movement is noticeably better than in previous installments, the open map missions do not convince the community and above all, the multiplayer mode could be more careful, eliminating above all its main problem, since there comes a point when you do not enjoy playing it.

Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol.1 leaves a bittersweet taste in the mouth of whoever tries it. The fact that these games come back to life is extremely special, as they are some of the best in history and pioneers in their genre, everyone should give them at least a chance in their life. Of course, there is a lot of wasted potential, because although the game has a huge amount of content, this is typical of the games themselves and not of their additions have been minimal, nothing really remarkable that substantially improves the experience.

Even if I tried hard not to recommend this game, I don't think I would find them. Jusant is an ideal game to relax, have fun and enjoy a really pleasant and fun experience that manages to hook and captivate you from the first moment.

As far as I'm concerned, the game has been a pleasant journey through the world of dreams, with fantastic creatures and tormented souls that take refuge in games like this, exploring the different worlds in which we can find ourselves in this game.

The Invincible is an interesting game and with an adaptation of a best-selling novel, however, the game falls a little short in different aspects. Although you will find a title that will be able to entertain you for a while, perhaps from three quarters of the game onwards you can start to notice those shortcomings, especially when it comes to moving between places. Since it seems that the developer wanted to extend the duration of the game a bit to give you more time glued to the controller. A more compact story that gave a few more moments of action would have been great, since at times it is easy for you to lose the rhythm of the game, since the title itself gives rise to it.

In a year that has been excellent in terms of big releases and with numerous contenders to GOTY, The Talos Principle II stands as a more than serious option. And it does so on its own merits by proposing a totally different experience, far from frenetic action or strategy. Instead, we find a philosophical proposal, based on thought and focused on history, with a series of very well implemented and thought-out puzzles.

From my point of view and according to what I have played, I can say that this game has surprised me in a great way and for the better, not only for its aesthetics that are already simple, but at the same time striking, but also for its story full of emotion, betrayal and totally original plot twists and giving us many surprises. I won't mention it so as not to spoil the plot, but it will undoubtedly excite fans of the saga.

Originally conceived as a DLC, perhaps that's why it's smaller in size, and developed in just six months by Ryu Ga Gotoku, Like a Dragon: Gaiden – The Man Who Erased His Name is a very worthy installment of the saga, and although it may not add any significant novelty, seeing Kiryu in action on the streets of Japan is always something extraordinary. as is the fact that such a long-running saga doesn't feel heavy or repetitive.

Redemption came with excellence. The experience of playing a full game of Cyberpunk 2077 with our character from scratch adding Phantom Liberty is simply unique. In terms of plot, immersion, and so on, it's practically unmatched. The universe that CD Projekt has created around Night City hasn't been made overnight, nor has it been fixed with two simple patches. The game never let bugs get in the way of its real charm and seeing it now in all its glory simply makes it one of my favorite games of all time, just like The Witcher 3 has been.

I must say that it is a good game and it delivers in all its aspects, there is nothing mediocre or just passable or decent here, the studio really put a lot of work into ENDLESS Dungeon, especially in the most important aspect: the gameplay. It's a fun title that will provide hours of fun no matter if you decide to tackle it alone or with friends.

Achilles: Legends Untold is a game that knows what it wants to be and achieves it perfectly. It's an ideal mix between the Diablo formula, with an isometric perspective and a very similar way of playing, and the souls genre, with a fairly aggressive but fair difficulty and with a fair and careful learning curve. In addition, whenever you die, you will lose those experience points and have a chance to recover them.

In my opinion, Alan Wake 2 stands as a real achievement in the survival horror genre. The experience it offers, full of mystery, darkness and immersive narrative, is simply unforgettable. Remedy Entertainment's ability to balance tension and exploration is outstanding. The gameplay mechanics fit together perfectly, creating an atmosphere that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.

Demolish & Build Classic is a bad game, I can't rate it with positive counterweights. The truth is that the game has its interesting details that, with a polished development, would be something quite entertaining. I don't have to dream too much to think of good games like that. For example, House Flipper, which is as addictive as it is enjoyable, is an ugly game, but that doesn't matter, because gameplay is everything.

With Sonic Superstars I think Sega, for once, listened to what fans have been asking for years and upped the ante by improving the classic and not staying with a timid installment without risking anything. Don't get me wrong, the game isn't perfect, but I think it knows how to capture the essence of the Sonic that many of us grew up with and gives it just the right additive to attract new generations and enchant longtime fans.
