Five years after its initial release, Skyrim is still a fantastic RPG... and one of the best VR experiences.

Indeed, Outcast still has an amazing universe but this remaster isn't successful in its attempt to modernize its graphics and gameplay.

It's clear that Hidden Agenda has an interesting concept. But this interactive thriller playable with your phone doesn't really fit with the idea of a party game and sometimes feels a bit rushed in terchnical terms and not really memorable.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 offers a fun experience for Marvel fans young and old. It's only problem comes from the fact that the LEGO video games formula is starting to show its age. Warner and TT Games should really start thinking about changing things up a bit.

It could have been a fun trivia game to play for a few sessions if it only had a good consideration of pace between rounds and had let us the choice to not use Power Plays to slow down our opponents... and the game.

Skyrim on Switch is still an excellent RPG that has everything to keep you wandering in its vast open-world for a long time. And everywhere.

If you didn't haved the opportunity to play it since 2011, you can go for the Nintendo Switch version of L.A. Noire without fear as it's still a good adventure game with some great investigation and interrogating systems that have an impact on the way you solve cases, and an amazing atmosphere with some excellent acting. Port is true to the original game and has some issues, on TV and docked mode, but it doesn't refrain the game from being an immersive experience.

Star Wars Battlefront II draw a line on the past of the licence. Complete overhaul of the space combat system, disappearance of the walker mode, addition of classes, big content at the launch, various objectives, addition of a solo campaign. Everything we could have expected in the first one is finally here. Only the cash shop and the feeling of shooting (little bit spineless) are a problem. Despite that we have in front of us a complete Star Wars game, especially with best SW space combats since X-Wing serie.

Football Manager 2018 does not revolutionize the series. It is still relying on the facts of its success and refine them with new tools. You never change a winning team as a manager would say. You just need to train it again and again to make it better.

A few months after a terrific Sonic Mania, Sonic Team gives us a short, unchallenging game lacking fresh ideas and unable to fix some issues from previous disappointing iterations. Don't hope to get magic of the first days back with Sonic Forces.

If Nintendo Switch is not a PS4 or an Xbox One, DOOM succeeds, by making some sacrifices, to stay the almost same as it was on its initial release. Especially on TV, it feels like a downgraded experience but is definitely a great shooter that's worth it if you haven't played it or you feel the desire to kill demons wherever you go.

Nothing unexpected in The Frozen Wilds. It adds a few pleasant features, a lot of cool characters, sidequests, content, challenges and things to collect to the recipe of a great game. As it's extending its universe well, we can say the job is done. And now we're waiting for the next chapter.

Call of Duty WWII is a real success and the franchise's return to its roots can only be acclaimed. The campaign does justice to both the Second World War and D-Day. The multiplayer, while packed with good ideas, lacks the ambition seen and felt in the campaign. Call of Duty WWII offers the best CoD single player campaign seen in quite some time and multiplayer modes that are fun even if a bit underwhelming. Overall, it's mission accomplished for Sledgehammer.

Beyond an assumed classicism, Etrian Odyssey V refocuses on the Yggdrasil labyrinth, adding space and depth to exploration. Hence this episode gives more relevance to each decision, each combat, which boldly asserts its mythical role playing heritage through such refined formula.

If Assassin's Creed Origins is not perfect, it perfectly understood what it had to do to regain the hearts of the players and fans of the series. In addition to delivering the mysterious and fascinating ancient Egypt on a silver plate, in an absolutely gigantic open world, full of activities and secrets to discover, it succeeds in transforming its gameplay by brilliantly integrating RPG elements and completely renewing, with no less talent, its combat system. It will literally absorbs you for dozens and dozens of hours. Assassin's Creed Origins succeeds in taking care of its fans and its fundamentals, while starting its own revolution. We can only hope that the next episodes will keep this momentum.

By jumping aboard the Odyssey, Mario takes us on a trip where await nothing but discoveries and wonders all along. By gathering elements from every game of the franchise, Nintendo expand the classic gameplay with Cappy's possession. Diverse, intelligent, colorful and incredibly long and surprising, the free exploration will satisfy both curious and hardcore gamers. Super Mario Odyssey sanctifies a 30-year-old series that still amazes us episode after episode.

Fire Emblem Warriors is a pleasant hybrid of pure Mus' action and tactics elements borrowed from the Intelligent Systems' series. It has a lot to offer to hack'n'slash fans and it feels like it should inspire future Dynasty Warriors games...

AER is trying so hard to look like those beloved games from which it is being inspired, but fails to do so. The game is filled with bugs and do not tell us an interesting story all along. Even though some aerial moments are quite a delight, the total lack of wind is incomprehensible, as the rest of the gameplay. Why would you want to play this ? We are still looking for an answer.
