Good Job! is a stylish and insanely fun puzzle game that sometimes feels like a simple project for mobile phones, desperately trying to reach the level of consoles. The game does not have any entry threshold, you will learn almost all the gameplay mechanics in just a couple of minutes and will be able to have fun alone or with friends.

Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition combines perfectly with the Nintendo Switch portable mode, allowing you to play the game slowly on the road or before going to bed. This is an interesting and atmospheric project for fans of turn-based RPGs, but the absence of any striking features in the visual design and the sterile plot cause a sense of secondariness.

In this season Infinity Ward shows really exemplary support for Modern Warfare 2019, interest in multiplayer does not fall and the game surprises with a variety of activities and content. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is an attempt to earn fast money in a problematic period for the industry, when most of the planet's inhabitants are hiding in their homes and apartments. You can finish the story campaign in just five hours, and there is no multiplayer. In addition, in Russia and Ukraine, the developers managed to spoil the story due to the removal of a mission critical to the plot, which, along with the average graphics and other problems of the project, is disappointing. The original MW2 deserves the same respect as the first Modern Warfare game.

Persona 5 Royal is like a favorite dish prepared according to a new recipe. All the ingredients are recognizable and great, but a different level of roasting and unexpected spices allow you to discover it in a new way. The additional characters and chapter fit perfectly into the overall plot, which touches on interesting and adult themes. Even those who have finished the original will be able to find a lot of new things. Persona 5 deservedly holds the title of the best Japanese RPG of this generation, but it gets even better with Royal.

Bleeding Edge is currently a very raw game, a failed experiment and a free fantasy of a small group of people who for some reason were given the green light. A small number of main types of gaming activities, poor content and technical problems outweigh the bright characters with unique abilities, nice graphics and a pleasant soundtrack. However, the positive thing is that Bleeding Edge is unlikely to affect the really big next game from Ninja Theory, which we will all continue to wait for.

Path of Giants is a great game. And dozen levels are completed in an hour, which is not so much by the standards of the genre. The authors could have added new features and levels to the PC release as a nice bonus, but they decided to focus on direct adaptation and support for the controller. Anyway it is a nice one-night game.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX is a nice looking game with atmospheric hand-drawn graphics, but absolutely empty in content. Easing the gameplay killed almost all the interest in exploring the dungeons, which is absurd for a dungeon-crawler. Excellent visuals and nice plot saves the project from complete oblivion, but in general, Rescue Team DX is still not worth your attention.

If you were worried about the quality, you can calmly exhale - Valve has not forgotten how to make great games. Half-Life: Alyx is not just the best and most beautiful project for virtual reality to date, but also an excellent and very worthy addition to the Half-Life series. It is simply a "must have" in the collection of a fan of the genre and franchise. If you were looking for a reason to buy an expensive VR helmet for PC, then you have finally found it. And everyone else should at least play it at a friend's house. And, Valve, you are now obligated to release Half-Life 3!

Stela is a nice looking, but completely soulless game that tries to grab a piece of fame from popular developments, but is not able to offer anything new. This is the case when the graphics and music do not draw out a weak story against the background of too simple puzzles. However, we never had any illusions about this game.

Doom Eternal is all about luxury fights, incredible graphics, gorgeous landscapes, interesting levels, a powerful soundtrack and a complex lore that will really surprise the fans. id Software reminded us of what a proper single-player shooter is. The project only lacks an interconnected world and a variety of real bosses. May be we can get this in the next game?

Nioh 2 is still a great game for fans of Ninja Gaiden and Dark Souls, which suffers from a weak story, pixelated graphics and outdated solutions, but pleases with addictive mechanics, atmospheric exploration and deep character customization. This is a typical Koei-Tecmo-style sequel, where the developers decided to make careful implementation of small changes, and many things that required a major upgrade were left untouched. Taking into account the lack of a cooperative and a deep RPG components in Sekiro, as well as no news on Elden Ring, Nioh 2 becomes the project that closes an empty niche. This game can be safely recommended to both fans of the first game, and all fans of such Action-RPG genre.
