GamePro's Reviews
Overall, we had a good time with South of Midnight, as the game gives us plenty of options to customize the experience to our needs, such as simply skipping the battles we don't like. If you have a Game Pass subscription, you can also check it out for yourself without obligation, as the title will be available there right from release.

The First Berserker: Khazan turns out to be a very good and motivating Soulslike in the test, but sometimes overdoes it in terms of difficulty.

Atomfall is definitely not a game for the masses; it feels too rough and "weedy" in places. But with its overall style, it also has something that I think many games today lack: character. And for that reason alone, it's worth a look.

Fans of Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla can have a lot of fun in feudal Japan, and stealth enthusiasts will also get their money's worth thanks to Naoe. Either way, Shadows is a coherent overall package and thus a very worthy Japanese spin-off.

Split Fiction doesn't reinvent the co-op formula and is similar to its spiritual predecessor in terms of its structure and some of its magical moments. While the wild genre changes almost four years ago gave us one "WTF" moment after another, the element of surprise is now more often missing.

Once these games click for you, you will never be able to stop playing them. Wilds is the perfect introduction. If you have never tried this type of game before, then give it a try and hopefully you will be hooked after a few hunts.

Lost Records does a lot of things right, introduces likeable characters in detail and lets me grow fond of them thanks to well-written dialogues. The 90s nostalgia also works very well for me - I can't resist the charm of gritty camera images, colorful sticker books and tasteless toys (in a good way).

An RPG with very good writing and memorable companions, but which is weak in terms of presentation and game mechanics.

If you decide to get involved with Kingdom Come, you should definitely take your time. Because once it has sunk its claws into you, you will disappear into the Middle Ages for a long time.

Civilization 7 has some great ideas, but still needs some fine-tuning in terms of balancing and AI.

You can expect a sequel that takes things up a notch in many areas, improves and expands game mechanics, and incorporates new ideas - but also has a few errors.

Path of Exile 2 is already a lot of fun in Early Access! I couldn't get enough of the ARPG while playing and sometimes worked on my character until five o'clock in the morning or just wanted to defeat this one boss and then completely lose myself in the next area.

'The Great Circle' gives us Indiana Jones as we know and love him - even from the first-person perspective. However, the combat system is a problem.

The hope remains that future patches will at least fix most of the problems mentioned, especially the buggy sound and the poor enemy behavior, in the coming days. And who knows, maybe Stalker 2 will experience a resurrection like Cyberpunk recently did and even put some mechanics like the fast travel system to the test again.

Lego Horizon Adventures is the most beautiful LEGO game yet with charming co-op action in which there is too little to explore.

Black Ops 6 is the best Call of Duty since Cold War thanks to a great campaign, fun multiplayer mode and motivating zombies shooting.

he story is full of dark but also epic moments that will stay with me for a long time; decisions that I had made many hours before and had already half forgotten suddenly change the course of a mission and even though I had to make one or two tough choices and not every character made it to the end, I wouldn't change anything. Well, maybe in a second playthrough...

Neva is an adventure game that is both beautiful and entertaining, but on an emotional level it doesn't quite come close to Gris.
