The choice regarding which titles to include in this Sega 3D Classics Collection is very questionable, as there are great titles (Sonic, Galaxy Force II, Power Drift, Puyo Puyo 2 and Fantasy Zone II), decent ones (Thunder Blade) and almost bad ones too (Altered Beast, Maze Walker). All of them have been treated with love and respect, and the price is right: nostalgia will be a factor, in the end.

A gorgeous world and wonderful creatures can't save Robinson: The Journey from its two main flaws: intolerable motion-sickness and lackluster gameplay.

Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters: Daybreak Special Gigs delivers thrilling narrative and interesting characters that make this visual novel one worth to play despite a muddled and sometimes frustrating gameplay.

Call of Duty Warfare Infinite comes to the market with a lot of content, but little that is truly innovative. The campaign goes smoothly and lasts six hours, with no major twists. Specialist, perhaps, is the most interesting element of the mode and seems deliberately hidden and not valued properly. Jackal and Zero-G are interesting, but also have little space in the game. As for the multiplayer, there are new classes and the introduction of the crafting and "Mission Teams", of great interest for a greater involvement in the progression of the character, partially fails to evolve the game mechanics and gunplay. Zombies in Spaceland has no real problems but, apart from the madness of the situation and the many easter eggs, it repeats more or less the same concept of the series. In summary, a solid product that doesn't dare, but perhaps it should. Because the contents are so many and not bad, but the fun is sometimes hard to come by.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered is the first modern chapter of the series, great graphics and all the contents we remember from the past is the right receipt to bring back to life this game.

This Special Edition offers a complete package, yet it does not strive to offer truly new content, other than mods, so far absent on console

Episode 6: Hokkaido is a brilliant and good looking episode which offers you a lot of replay value. An absolutely good ending for Hitman Season 1, indeed.

This really is "Bruce Wayne - The Telltale Series", and that's a good choice. Episode 3 has a very slow start, but in the end it manages to make you feel more involved than ever.

Civilization VI is what we wanted: a worthy heir to the most famous strategic series, which not only re-proposes all the strengths so appreciated by fans, but which manages to improve in many situations, thanks to fresh introductions, well integrated with each other, able to speed up the game but not to make it easier.

Farming Simulator 17 is the natural evolution of the work done by Giants Software. The title does not revolutionize the game mechanics but adds a few key elements to improve the experience in the first few hours of play. Too bad the cosmetic component is not yet matching the actual games.

Oh...Sir! The Insult Simulator it's a simple game, but also an original one, which will often make you laugh.

System Rift is a quite enjoyable DLC but it doesn't seem to last long enough and doesn't give the players any chances to develop their experience already gained by playing Mankind Divided. As a matter of fact, it is just a link between the campaign and the Breach mode.

Blizzard has been able, after more than twelve years, to give a new shape to this title by bringing the old players closer again and allowing the new ones to have a linear approach without catapulting them into a world of which the understanding was too complex.

9 / 10.0 - Gears of War 4
Oct 7, 2016

Gears of War 4 does not disappoint expectations and indeed significantly improves a formula already tested and almost perfect. The campaign features a new generation of heroes and stages a handover between the past and the near future, while the classic and more competitive multiplayer modes are rock-solid, fun and very challenging, potentially able to keep you busy for as long as possible. we can really quantify.

Episode 5 is a breath of fresh air for Hitman, after the not-so-brilliant missions in Marrakesh and Bangkok. This chapter is harder and you need to be smart in order to take down more targets than ever. Still, we enjoy 47 more when he has to infiltrate some civilian mansion and not a militarised orchard.

Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade is just an overpriced lobby shooter. Only the greatest fans of this franchise should purchase this.

Children of Arkham is rather enjoyable and shines thanks to its refined writing, but the gameplay doesn't dare to get far from Telltale' standards and forgets about some interesting new mechanics we saw in Realm of Shadows.

7.5 / 10.0 - ReCore
Sep 14, 2016

ReCore is a game that has two great strengths, solid insights behind the game mechanics and captivating art-design, which together hold the bar of interest high throughout the course of the adventure. That Keiji Inafune and his Comcept are recovering the hand after a really subdued Mighty N9 is evident, but unfortunately, even this time they are not enough to really raise the fortunes of this game.
