Hoa is a lovely little game which is not trying to do something new or even slightly challenging but actually is very delightful for a nice evening on your couch that can whisk you off on a beautiful adventure full of relaxing vibes.

Super Animal Royale provides some crazy chaotic fun in a such a cute way that you can’t help yourself from having a big smile while playing it, even if you got brutally murdered the moment you set foot on the ground because who gets angry at a katana wielding cat?

Comanche feels like a game that doesn’t want you to play it or at least not enjoy yourself while playing it. The controls are so clunky that you can’t just explain it by saying “it’s a simulation” and the missions just aren’t that varied or interesting.

The whole Monty Python inspired comedy routine falls flat because of the voice-acting delivery lacking the proper timing and the way the game prefers exact grammar over funniness of the insults you get to make at expense of your opponents.

The proper use of its setting and merging it with the fantastical elements of Metroidvania genre coupled with some of most beautiful visual designs of all times have made Guacamelee! one the most enduring and endearing titles in a very saturated gameplay style.

It may not be as frustrating as the classic games it is trying to imitate but it is no less challenging. The graphics and musical choices are some of the most calculated choices in retro-style games that make Aggelos feel like a re-release of a 30 year old game which I think was the point here.

This is a good first step to leveling up this franchise, the gameplay is still challenging and asks a lot out of you in a very satisfying way but the world building, audio-visual presentation and incorporating the exploration parts with the battles need a little more work to help King’s Bounty achieve its true potential.

Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery can be a breath of fresh air not only in your usual video game diet but also in your own personal life. This is a short and enjoyable experience with nice Studio Ghibli inspired visuals and relaxing music and atmosphere that tells a very heartfelt story.

Although the Tron inspired visuals are very unique, the way lighting works makes finding your way around a little problematic and coupled with a pretty confusing map, finding where you should go next becomes more time-consuming than it should be. With all that said, Recompile is a standard and at times fun Metroidvania title with a good story about humans and their dangerous relationship with technology.

RiMS Racing can satisfy those who are looking for a simulation type of racing game and those who are just looking for some fun motor racing title. There are some technical issues including annoying frame drops here and there that need to be patched to make this a more wholesome offering.

Some of the story bits personally hit me really hard and I applaud the developers for going all in on a narrative like this. Thankfully, unlike most of the similar games, the gameplay is not just walking and choosing dialogue options and there is some real depth here. The musical choices also help set the game’s mood in a very interesting way.

The story may be a little on the by-the-numbers side of things but the audio-visual presentation and specially the spectacularly fun and deep gameplay more than make up for that one flaw.

Looking at it as just a visual demonstration, Greak: Memories of Azur is second to none but it is the gameplay that is totally lacking the wow factor that is needed to help the game hit the high notes.

A simple yet very practical gameplay with mind-blowing visuals and a fearful but very intriguing world building has made Foreclosed a very enjoyable experience and we can’t wait for more stories in this beautiful dangerous world if the developers want to make more.

There was a lot of potential to make The Siege of Paris the most epic chapter in Eivor’s journey but sadly there isn’t enough meat here to chew on and the whole adventure ends on a kind of an unsatisfying climax.

With so many videogames that are totally forgotten a few weeks after their release, it's great to have a title like Hades which has been among the best games of every year since 2018 when it first came out in early access and the home console version continues this winning streak.

Art of rally is a beautiful love letter to the world of rally and its history and although the look of the game may feel like it is on the arcade side of the racing genre, it actually plays more like a challenging simulation.

Hell Let Loose provides a very hardcore multiplayer experience that you really need to be a team player to have a chance at victory. The more time you invest in this title, the more you are provided with different ways to enjoy the ride.

Get Packed is the ultimate anti-capitalism couch co-op game, it not only is full of mayhem and fun moments but it also has a simple story worth paying attention to.

Dreamscaper doesn’t try to do anything new but it does everything in a pretty satisfying fashion but it lacks a degrees of depth in the combat and social interaction systems to make it a truly memorable experience.
