The work that Konami have put into MyClub over the last few years is a clear indication of where they see PES going - we only have to hope that they appreciate what was once so compelling about PES was more than just spins and wins.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey plunges players further back into history, back to when the Assassin Order wasn't even conceived. The world of Greece is just as beautiful and teeming with more activities than any other Assassin's Creed game. But despite the large impressive world Assassin's Creed Odyssey's gameplay rarely impresses and relies on mechanics already used in previous games with little variation. Despite the new branching narrative Assassin's Creed Odyssey is more of what fans of the series have come to expect.

The Gardens Between is a well-needed bite of escapism, both for the two protagonists as for the player. With cute and, more importantly, uniquely clever diorama set pieces, this tiny adventure that spans just a few hours feels as innovative as it is refreshing and heartfelt.

75 / 100 - Transference
Sep 19, 2018

Transference doesn't have intense combat or elaborate bosses. Instead, the adventure is about the experience of being in an unknown world that feels wrong. This uncomfortable tone of fragmented memories, environments, and many jump scares to create a surreal horror experience. For so much Transference does well it length and expensive price tag will bother a lot of gamers.

Lara has survived unbelievable disasters and defeating supernatural and deadly enemies since her return in 2013. Shadow of the Tomb Raider ends this amazing trilogy with a bang. Shadow of the Tomb Raider provides a combination of Lara's last 2 adventures for one outstanding finale.

Marvel's Spider-Man rarely has a disappointing moment. Right from the beginning a combination of high-speed action and outstanding writing creates a harmonious adventure that combines action, story-telling, and graphics for a near-perfect experience. The optional objectives can be a bit repetitive but Marvel's Spider-Man is a superhero game that rivals the excellency of the Batman: Arkham games.

50 / 100 - HYPERGUN
Aug 22, 2018

Rare moments of intensity, mainly when dealing with bosses for the first few times, manage to turn Hypergun into a passable experience best approached in short bursts, but even so, there’s nothing particularly hyper about this gun.
