Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast is a trip down the memory lane. It’s the greatest Star Wars game of all time next to Star Wars Battlefront II (the 2005 version, not 2017). With an amazing story, memorable combat experiences, and the fantastic lightsaber action, Jedi Outcast’s flaws become insignificant next to the power of the Force.

7.5 / 10.0 - Tropico 6
Oct 7, 2019

If you want to feel how it is to be a Politician and/or into casual simulated gaming, this game is definitely for you. I don’t think this game would work on Players who love the adrenaline rush or any fast-paced game since waiting for the economy to boom takes ages. When you think you are making great progress, expenses are off the roof where you may need to abandon the game or load an earlier savepoint. You will never know what to expect from this game, the complexity not only goes into the different infrastructure available but into the resources as well. You have to play with factors affecting society’s happiness and goods production. Hours and hours of gameplay through experimentation and domino effects are worth it if you are patient enough. Overall, not a bad game at all.

6.5 / 10.0 - NBA 2K20
Sep 27, 2019

As for the base game itself. It’s a good game. And this is coming from a fan’s perspective who is more willing to grind out their VC in MyCareer games. Obviously, it’s going to be a ridiculously long grind, but that’s sort of the idea, right? Give us players this long journey, but if you inject some more money into it, the game’s going to be much more fun and rewarding. At least the card pack animations for getting incredibly rare cards looks cool. This is one game that I recommend for the NBA die-hard fan. And probably only them.

7 / 10.0 - GreedFall
Sep 27, 2019

Overall, Greedfall is an amazing game that many will have fun with. While not to say that Greedfall has left a mark in history, it is nevertheless quite the RPG that players can drown themselves in. You will spend hours upon hours in this game grinding your character from the ground up to become take out any opposition and craft your own ending.

5 / 10.0 - Bus Simulator
Sep 23, 2019

Simulated games open our minds to different real-based scenarios. Scenarios that may not be possible in our current lifetime. I love this idea for Bus Simulator, to be able to see another perspective and I will say it again, I did enjoy those drives but the faulty mechanics just gives it a major setback. Definitely there could be an improvement especially future patches may fix the button and the crashing issue.

8.8 / 10.0 - The Surge 2
Sep 23, 2019

Some may find these types of gameplay a challenge but I find it cumbersome even with the realization I had earlier. Patience could get you so far but not far enough to probably finish the game. Moments of satisfaction are the things that I look forward to and coming up with tactics. Overall this game needs not only your patience but your ability to observe and to be bold enough to commit mistakes and still have fun.

Playing with good friends over some beer and chips for a night or two will make this more enjoyable and bearable. A family can play too if guardians don’t mind the graphic content. This is the first among eight series and it is actually a good start. Really good intentions but poorly executed and I just sincerely hope they learn from this release and improves the next. Little Hope gets to be released in 2020 and it showed so much potential. I am quite excited and ready to forgive Man of Medan if the latter turns out great.

Due to these bugs, I’m really conflicted with what to feel for this game. I really want the developers to succeed and gain a lot of funding, but these bugs just take me out of it instead of making me feel fully invested. I’m still hopeful that they’ll iron things out and make it fully enjoyable. I’m also hoping they can implement the random respawning feature so I can grind a lot, but as an option for players to choose.

8.3 / 10.0 - Control
Aug 26, 2019

Being a narrative-focused game, there is little incentive to replay the whole game. One complete playthrough is probably enough to get all its money's worth. The endgame provides the player an opportunity to tie up loose ends. It's a proper end to a good story. Interesting note - some hidden locations and costumes for Jesse become available post-game. Never a bad thing, to be honest.

Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Don’t Dry can be a fun game to play if you’re in it for its humor. But it’s most likely a game you’re gonna play once and never touch again. So there’s not much longevity here.

Playing this kind of adaptation is nostalgic on its own right. I have enjoyed the Universe it created in-game with those infamous film locations but it did nothing to the lore, getting to know more of the characters or outside of its original storyline. I guess I would've wanted a kind of surprise that only Players will experience since they are using another platform in getting to know this wonderful film. Playing as one of the characters is supposedly enjoyable but I find it this game lacks the excitement it is supposed to draw from their audience.

7 / 10.0 - Sea of Solitude
Jul 22, 2019

If you are a player who appreciates great storytelling with minimal hours of commitment, this game is for you. It may not be enjoyable though for players who are seeking hardcore action-adventure gameplay. Story loops may eventually exist but the graphics, colors, voice and sound quality really makes up for it. Regrettably, the game has a lot of potential, it has a lot of feels to it. I know a lot of people out there – gamer or not can relate to the emotions that Kay portrays. I think that end credit scene is a sneak peek on what’s to come which is really exciting since this can be developed to so much more. I am really looking forward to it.

FFXIV: Shadowbringers is a tale that shows us how much we need the Darkness, how balance must be kept in check, how vulnerable we all are, and how we can’t stand alone. We need others to guide us and help us push through all the things that would get in our way. This expansion is the amalgamation of what we could ever want in an adventure and what we could probably ever want in a Final Fantasy game. So come hither future Warrior of Darkness, join us in our epic and dark tale of friendship, hope, despair, wild and crazy banter, death-defying battles, and become one of the next Shadowbringers!

Overall, I enjoyed Crash Team Racing. Racing karts can be brutal, but fun. Adventure modes boss battles feel a tad bit unfair though. As each boss seems to have a gimmick that no ordinary kart racer usually has. Take Ripper Roo for example, who’s extremely fast and has unlimited TNT.

8.5 / 10.0 - Judgment
Jun 29, 2019

Judgment may not be the next Yakuza game but it almost feels like one. Judgment definitely captures the sense of being a detective and whether it be dealing with an adultery case, a case of poltergeist, or even just taking photos of missing nekos, Judgment makes you feel like you're a bonafide private eye who answers the call of the helpless whether there's yen in it or not. So beware evil doers and lost items and pets for the time has come for Judgment!

6 / 10.0 - The Sinking City
Jun 28, 2019

The Sinking City always entails a cycle and maybe that just really how it is but still, its disappointment is the major mood when I got to that last part. What is the point of having choices then? Overall, this game has potential and my advice would be to wait until a few patches get released and maybe by then this game gets the remedy it needs.

5 / 10.0 - Effie
Jun 24, 2019

Overall, the game is geared towards a child-friendly audience with their colorful world, simple looking character designs and easy to follow storyline. However, in doing so the story lacks any actual depth and by using long and unskippable narratives, the gameplay aspect is defeated.

6.5 / 10.0 - Team Sonic Racing
Jun 19, 2019

Team Sonic Racing is a game full of potential but played it too safe and didn’t go full throttle to reach the desired finish line it set out to at first. The game still has a chance of improvement either via updates or through DLC but as for now, it feels like it’s on the low end of a fast track with bumps on the side.

A Plague Tale: Innocence is a linear game which balances stealth, escort mission, and puzzles perfectly. To top it all off, the story is phenomenal. Though the character animations may sometimes look stiff and robotic, the overall presentation makes up for these minor nitpicks.
