A Plague Tale: Requiem has entered directly into my list of favorite games of the year and if you have a special taste for single-player cinematic experiences, it will also be one of the brightest moments of the year for you. Asobo Studio has outperformed itself in virtually every way and without losing the essence of what made the first so interesting, introduced novelties, expanded the scale and really achieved a beautiful, captivating experience and during which you will hardly feel like stopping playing.

I have no doubt that compared to Kingdom Battle, Sparks of Hope is in almost everything a superior game. The greater weight of real-time action produces more stimulating situations, with more fun, faster and combination-packed combat. Sometimes battles take place in large spaces, filled with enemies, so strategy and better combinations are indispensable. But in combat it is surely a forward, keeping the system in turn. Then there is a whole set of main, secondary missions and a lot of exploration in the intricate worlds, with outdoor and inland areas that invite you to visit. An iconic and humorous journey in this crossover of diametrically opposed characters though united in a single goal, defeat Cursa and save the galaxy.

Scorn is unlike anything you can expect, sins somewhat by the lack of final satisfaction and a misfit and rudimentary gunplay. Short-lived, it is worth the visual presentation of a different concept in a genius of the unknown, to know what comes next and how we will achieve it. But more was expected of this title, or on the other hand, was it too required of the producer? It may be a case of too high expectations. Those who have the Game Pass can always try, but I prevent the high level of violence.

FIFA 23 shows a lot of familiarity with last year's version and given that we are facing an annual release, it's easy to see why that happens. However, the gameplay tweaks, refinement of artificial intelligence and animations, along with changes in FUT 23, especially Moments, make it a more fun game than last year. Career Mode amuses those who prefer not to play fut, the gameplay grabs you and above all remains a fever for those who will join the competitive.

In online terms it is above all the consistency that prevails, and although many modes and game options are recovered there is a good variety of media at your disposal, with adjustments and new weapons that make battles even more chaotic. Splatoon 3 does not surf the giant wave of novelties, but consolidates the online and produces a very challenging and exciting "single player" campaign. Other modes will be added in time, so we'll also be keeping an eye on these upcoming additions.

A cheerful, fun and quite easy platformer. The concept is solid, but could be more iterated.

In short, MES 5 gathers the condiments needed for great supercross races, with good feelings on the bikes. It still doesn't seem to us the game capable of operating the generational jump, nor does it get a complete jump from any of the four games in the series.

A WWE game that brings back the quality and the fun that we remember from the PS2 days. Capable of entertaining anyone, even non-WWE fans.

Enjoyable, frenetic, and filled with good humor. The game mechanics are simple, but somewhat attached to other games.

I would say that Codemasters ends up capitalizing on Grid and reshaping that same game that worked as a fresh start. Grid Legends could well operate as an expansion that would not result in a big shock wave, even if it is a game with a lot of content and so end up justifying its autonomy and prominence in the legacy of the series. Legacy that once again softens in the arcade format, in which the races are more spectacular, played at the foot, wheel the wheel, and the seriousness of the simulation is destitute and thrown back, either in history mode or through the traditional career mode.

One of the best open worlds ever made, but one that often crosses the line from fair to unfair. A game of love and hate.

For those who prefer a game completely facing the GT category, with a strong implementation linked to simulation and no room for errors, where the learning curve is very fast, Assetto Corsa Competizione will really be your track. You won't regret it, and now with all the capabilities of the new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles, you can stretch your fluidity and be what you should have been in the previous generation. Good races!

This new sequel from Gust has a nice and sweet charisma that makes it easy to play, but it's not quite superior to what came before.

An energetic team fighter that keeps the arcade feeling alive. Veteran players will love it, mas there's a lack of offline content here.

The original Musou series needs to reinvent itself urgently. Following the usual path just highlights how pale it stands next to the colabs.

Sol Cresta is a very "old school" game and aimed at a nostalgic audience of arcades.
