The Conclusion: Studio Hangar 13 managed to return to us with a classic experience carrying a beautiful story, even if its events were predictable and some were provoking. The story was characterized by the interconnection of some events with the original trilogy and wonderful writing of the characters. However, the experience suffered from limited gameplay dominated by repetition and a linear approach, alongside a fluctuating technical level, despite the stunning graphics that showed Sicily and the mafia world in an amazing way. On the other hand, the audio and music stood out distinctively, making them one of the strongest elements of the game.

They created a masterpiece in the platformer genre, as the game's stages were diverse, with each stage distinguished from the other by a different artistic style, different environments, and varied ideas in the gameplay. This was accompanied by a great diversification of skills, special abilities, and sequential combat moves, diverse enemies, and bosses distinct from one another with their dazzling fighting styles. Silent Hill f represents a strong return for the series, blending psychological horror and Japanese stories in a charming and frightening artistic style. Its events take place in Japan during the 1960s amidst mysterious atmospheres filled with tension and symbolism, with a tragic story written by Ryukishi07 in an escalating style that plants fear slowly, away from cheap jumpscares. The game features stunning graphics, meticulous details, and strange floral touches that add a distinctive character, while the soundtrack and voice acting enhance the sense of anxiety and loneliness. Furthermore, the exploration design maintains the dread of the atmosphere and encourages curiosity; while respecting the series' legacy, it presents a bold and innovative artistic vision that makes it a captivating psychological horror experience worthy of praise.

Despite the abundance of Roguelite games at the current time, it offers one of the most distinctive experiences this year. The narrative aspect and the characters that are easy to get attached to, the dual combat between the two characters adds a distinctive tactical depth and creates moments charged with tension and excitement. The carefully built gameplay loop makes every attempt a new opportunity to formulate a different style, with a noticeable variety in abilities and options. The hand-drawn artistic direction adds a special identity, while the soundtrack enhances the atmosphere. It is true that some aspects need improvement, such as the balance in difficulty, repetition in some dialogues, and the cheapness of the 3D models and textures, but the core remains enjoyable and innovative. In the end, the game proves itself as a strong title in the 2025 library, and is worth the recommendation for everyone looking for an artistic and strategic adventure at the same time.

Donkey Kong Bananza is a perfect return for the character Donkey Kong, as Nintendo has presented a stunning 3D platforming experience that blends madness, fun, and creativity. The game takes us on an exciting adventure toward the core of the Earth, accompanied by little Pauline with the magical voice. It features perfect controls that utilize every button intelligently, with diverse transformations and vibrant worlds that you never tire of exploring. The visual style is charming, and the music is a masterpiece in every sense of the word, especially the songs performed by Pauline during transformations. Additionally, the skill tree, boss fights, and variety of environments make every moment in the game a unique experience. Donkey Kong Bananza is not just a platform game, but a masterpiece that revives one of Nintendo's icons in a stunning modern style.

Despite the return of Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac as an enhanced version, it ultimately offers a mid-level platforming experience that does not live up to expectations. While it is true that the game carries some enjoyable touches, such as the variety of boss ideas in encounters and the addition of simple improvements to puzzles that add a bit of diversification, this is not enough to compensate for the absence of any element of innovation or a distinctive touch that makes it a truly different experience. With the short lifespan of the game and the adventure ending quickly, alongside mediocre music that leaves no clear impact on the player, and characters without identity, the experience as a whole becomes very ordinary—as if it were just an attempt to re-present the past without real development or any mentionable addition. Nevertheless, this experience remains the best experience for this game, and I have high expectations for the enhanced version of the third part or a completely new game.

Dear reader, this game is a love letter presented by The Game Kitchen to the entire audience of the Ninja Gaiden series, as Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound has restored the spirit of the series after a long absence and provided a distinctive experience that respects its ancient history. Despite the simplicity of the story, the writing style and the connection with the world of Ninja Gaiden were successful, while the gameplay came across as diverse and full of challenges that maintain the fun of combat and push you to continue. Boss encounters are among the most beautiful aspects of the game, with innovative designs that make every battle a different experience. The artistic direction in the Pixel Art style added a beautiful touch that combines the nostalgia of the past with the development of the present, making the game look like a vibrant painting. Despite the limitations of the shop and some small details, the game succeeded in providing a return worthy of the Ninja Gaiden name and opens the door for a new generation of fans.

The Assassin's Creed Shadows experience is certainly not the perfect experience; an experience characterized by a stunning directorial level, a powerful technical level, and an attractive musical level. However, with a narrative level that is not up to the required standard, some technical bugs, and a poor character development system that makes it difficult to accept the game, it is certainly not the perfect experience.

Ninja Gaiden 4 offered an enjoyable and challenging experience, maintaining the series' identity for which it has been famous for years. The fast combat style with new ideas makes every battle exciting, and the stunning graphics add visual depth to the experience. Despite the lack of environmental variety, the high quality compensated for that. I did not face any technical issues or bugs during play, which made my experience smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. The game combined the amazing difficulty adored by long-time fans of the series and the famous gore in the series' history, along with stunning technical performance and a distinctive graphical level.

FH5 soars high as a masterpiece in the sky of racing games, combining depth of content with the brilliance of driving in a vibrant open world. It captivates the player with the beauty of Mexico and the variety of its environments, offering a solid system in performance and customization, supported by an incomparable diversity of activities. Dying Light: The Beast offers a great survival horror and action experience that has been long-awaited, succeeding in putting the series back on the right track with clear improvements to the gameplay fundamentals—most notably, the parkour system has become smoother. The world of Castorwoods gives the game a beautiful rural character and a vast space for exploration, along with a strong ending, excellent graphics, and stable technical performance. The game proves itself as one of the most prominent games of this year.

Obsidian Entertainment studio has provided us with one of the best, most enjoyable, and most distinctive experiences of the year. The Outer Worlds 2 was a unique experience with its own special enjoyment through what it offered in terms of story, narrative style, and addressing political and economic systems in a satirical manner. However, it places you in a serious stage between factions to choose the policy you see as correct and confront the rest of the factions through distinctive and diverse missions using unique weapons and large varieties, or through stealth methods, and perhaps by persuasion, lying, cooperation, and providing services to obtain facilities. This confrontation takes place in the Arcadia colony, which contained carefully designed areas with a charming and breathtaking artistic direction and numerous exploration sites. The journey continued with high graphics quality and stable technical performance, but physics were absent in the game world.

Keeper is a truly distinctive experience, relying on its extraordinary artistic direction that captivates you from the first moment, and its mastered environmental storytelling that makes you feel as if every corner of its world tells its own story. This is alongside the great variety in gameplay that smoothly and attractively blends puzzles and world exploration, ultimately delivering a unique and unprecedented experience in its general character. However, the game clearly suffers from repetition, whether in puzzle design or in the nature of the tasks assigned to you, making some moments lose their luster over time. Aside from what was previously mentioned, the game does not offer much additional depth, as it lacks puzzles that challenge the player's mind or push them to think differently. Additionally, its slow start may bore some who prefer a faster and more vibrant pace of play. Keeper remains a visually and artistically beautiful experience, but it is not without weaknesses that limit its full excellence.

Cronos: The New Dawn offers a distinctive action horror experience, combining excellent shooting and an atmosphere saturated with audio and visual details, with a world rich in exploration that rewards you with resources and side stories. The game's strength lies in its dark artistic direction and its narrative storytelling that blends the future and the past. However, this is offset by some negatives such as a lack of puzzles, weak melee combat, poor motion capture and expressions, and technical issues, most notably frame drops in crowded areas. Despite these flaws, the game remains an immersive journey not to be missed for horror and survival fans.
