"Visions of Mana is a JRPG set in a beautiful world that encourages exploration, with plenty to discover in the fields. The battles can get chaotic with all the enemies and magical attacks, but experimenting with different classes and moves keeps them fun. While the story isn’t groundbreaking, it’s more intriguing than the demo suggests, and the game is definitely worth playing despite a few minor flaws."

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is an entertaining souls-lite game where exploring the world is well worth the effort. The story is fairly straightforward but provides enough to keep you engaged until the end. The NPC side quests are rewarding but don’t offer much insight into their characters. I had to get used to the controls, but after a short while, I fell into the rhythm of the game. The combat is challenging yet manageable, and the use of your flintlock is a great addition that really helps in defeating enemies. Enki is also a valuable aid during the adventure with his double jump, air dash, and attacks in combat. I was initially a bit skeptical, but I ended up enjoying Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn quite a lot and am eager to further explore The Lands of Kain. It might not be as well-developed as its bigger brothers, but I wouldn’t call it a poor imitation by any means.

Darkest Dungeon II is not an easy game, and making progress requires a significant time investment. This means you'll often find yourself falling short in the beginning and having to start over. Once you start investing in the Candles of Hope, it becomes easier to advance, but at first, it’s hard to determine which upgrades should be prioritized. The characters' backstories are interesting, but their skills are the main reasons to get to know them and assemble a balanced team. The turn-based battles are challenging and sometimes very thrilling as you narrowly avoid disaster. It is a shame that these battles can be lengthy since you can't speed up the enemies' actions. My first experience with Darkest Dungeon II was very positive and has made me curious about the first installment. At first glance, Darkest Dungeon II might seem like a simple roulette game where luck plays a major role, but once you understand how everything works and the characters are a bit stronger, it becomes more like a game of poker where skill, not just luck, is crucial.

Stellar Blade is an action adventure with an intriguing story about Earth's post-apocalyptic state. The world and characters look fantastic. Additionally, it’s rewarding and fun to explore the world by discovering the lore and opening chests (with puzzles). The combat system is extensive, providing intense yet enjoyable battles with the various Naytibas, each requiring a different approach. The bosses are on another level, though manageable except for the last three. I had a great time with Stellar Blade and expect that Shift Up Corporation will match or even exceed their success in the mobile market with this game. It’s definitely recommended if you enjoy action adventures with challenging and entertaining combat.

Rise of the Ronin is a great game with rewarding combat and an engaging historical narrative, but it's primarily for action lovers as exploration often leads to battles.

"Ultros is an intriguing Metroidvania set in a vibrant, alien world, but its fragmented storytelling makes it hard to get into. The lack of guidance means you have to figure things out on your own, which can be enjoyable to an extent but also frustrating when you get stuck. The combat is entertaining and offers some challenge, especially with its dodge timing, while the seed-planting mechanic adds a puzzle element and depth, rewarding patience as the game becomes clearer and more enjoyable over time."

"Final Fantasy VII Rebirth surpasses Final Fantasy VII Remake with its addition of an open world, allowing players to explore Gaia freely and discover plenty along the way. The game features stunning visuals, a fantastic soundtrack, and enriched storytelling with iconic scenes and new twists, offering both nostalgia and surprises for fans. With enjoyable minigames, enhanced combat through Synergy Abilities, and three new characters with unique styles, even newcomers to Final Fantasy will find this JRPG a great time to jump in. Square Enix has truly outdone itself with this release."
