With an enormous amount of content, essential entries, and an opportunity for newcomers and longtime fans alike, the collection offers a comprehensive way to experience the series. Although performance issues in Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind and 0.2 Birth by Sleep, the absence of Melody of Memory, and the lack of Brazilian Portuguese support are disappointing, the package preserves what makes Kingdom Hearts special: a convoluted yet heartfelt story about friendship, hope, and the strength people find in one another. After so many years, finally being able to experience this journey natively on a Nintendo console is a tremendous joy.

The limited representation of Brazilian football is another major disappointment, with only Bahia and Botafogo included and no Brazilian league available. While the game offers a more complete experience than previous Nintendo versions and introduces promising ideas, its technical shortcomings and content limitations prevent it from reaching its full potential. FC 27 is a competent football game with plenty of good ideas, but on Switch 2, it ultimately delivers a merely good experience rather than the outstanding one it could have been.

Fortune’s Weave is massive in the best possible sense, balancing what fans love about the franchise while maintaining its own identity. Its well-written characters, intriguing campaign, unexpected twists, and connections to Fire Emblem: Three Houses make every decision feel meaningful, while branching paths, rewards, and losses add significant replay value. Exploring the Nabatean gods, their connection to Sothis and Three Houses, and developing the characters are especially rewarding. The game’s many mechanics also keep you engaged, constantly forcing strategic decisions both in battle and throughout the city and World Map. Ultimately, Fortune’s Weave is an immersive combination of strategy, storytelling, and meaningful choices. After years without giving a game a perfect score, I had no hesitation here: Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave deserves it.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is exactly the kind of sequel we expect to see in major franchises: bigger, bolder, and better in virtually every aspect that made Remake a success. The narrative remains engaging, the open world is constantly rewarding, the combat has gained new layers of depth, and the amount of optional content is impressive from start to finish. Even with some excesses in the minigames, the overall quality of the package is hard to ignore. At the same time, this Switch 2 version makes it clear that the hardware had to make concessions to accommodate an experience of this scale. Still, considering Rebirth's ambition, we hope that future updates can improve some of these issues.
