The one dedicated to the 23rd Tenkaichi Tournament is certainly not an example of virtuous DLC in every aspect: the contents are little varied, the duration remains small, but the style - here, the style! - that is priceless.

In virtual reality Village is a different game, not better. It has the limits of a retrospective conversion, from interactions with the environment to a partial reconstruction of the gameplay that, despite being functional, shows some difficulty in adapting in some situations. In the vibrant setting of a multifaceted horror, Resident Evil Village on PSVR 2, however, knows how to intimidate, stimulate, engage, and it succeeds very well.

The Forgotten Saga, to the detriment of what the title claims, should be remembered. Its completely free nature for all Valhalla owners is certainly the primary incentive (as well as the strongest one) to entice users to catapult themselves back into the epic stories of the Norse myth, opening wide the doors of a mode that entertains enough. This is why Havi's adventure in the realm of the dead is worth living. Again, and again, and again, if necessary.

Unscored - Everything
Mar 27, 2017

Everything is an undefinable game in which we can literally control 'everything' we see. The new product made by David OReilly is an exaltation of senses and freedom, beauty and wonder.

4 / 10.0 - Alekhine's Gun
Mar 26, 2016

Alekhines Gun is named after a sharp and refined move in chess, that requires thinking and weighting. The lack of these skills in a stealth game that carries his name, would probably make Alekhine turn in his grave, and disappoint every fan of this genre.

Adam's Venture: Origins is an harmless adventure; more than a bad game, it's a very bad remake.

Necromunda Hired Gun rests its foot on the accelerator of dynamism and violence, however it has an inaccurate aim. Many of its problems stem from strictly technical stumbles, some of which can be filed with special updates (such as bugs or application crashes), while others are inherent in its playful DNA, and have to do with almost completely absent feedback from shots, with a coarse artificial intelligence to the far-fetched, and with a general flatness of shootings.

5.5 / 10.0 - Necropolis

The PS4 version of Necropolis is spoilt by the lazy conversion of the PC edition, with a weak combat system and a bad optimization.

5.8 / 10.0 - Sea of Solitude

Sea of Solitude sins at times with superficiality and naivety, sinking due to a somewhat listless art direction and a script that draws on many, too many stereotypes.

6.2 / 10.0 - Let it Die
Dec 10, 2016

Suda51 tries to find the recipe for a perfect souls-like, but misses the correct dosage of the main ingredients: Let it Die is clearly unbalanced, and the ineffective mix of survival and roguelike diminish the ambitions of this pulp adventure.

6.3 / 10.0 - Shadow of the Beast
May 16, 2016

Shadow of the Beast is a tribute and a modernization of the namesake action game that Psygnosis developed in 1989 on Amiga Computer. It shows some impressive art works, a captivating style, and create an original setting, but the story mode is impressively short and the gameplay is far from being well designed and responsive.

The curtain falls on the Far Cry 6 Season Pass, and not in the best way. Not particularly inspired on an artistic level, as well as endowed with a playful formula too similar to that of the first DLCs (and therefore less and less intriguing), Collapse is a content that closes the triptych of experiences in the minds of the villains with little determination.

Ultra Despair Girls is a spin-off of the famous Danganronpa series. The game tries to mix a third person shooter with a visual novel: this remastered version for PS4 doesn't change the gameplay of the original one and the graphic improvements are not very remarkable.

Artistically valuable and able to provide an intriguing additional perspective to the story of Far Cry 4, Control is a DLC that adds nothing or subtracts from the playful experience of the first content of the Season Pass.
