Albert Manjón
An excellent role-playing game that will delight lovers of the genre but does not serve as an entrance for new players.

Blasphemous exudes quality throughout its entire playable and narrative proposal. A game taken care of to the smallest detail. A superb metroidvania.

Platinum Games is victorious in a risky bet, although with certain aspects to improve in its rhythm of play.

One more metroidvania to add to the mix. At least is a good example of the classic proposal of the genre although it's not technically perfect.

An interesting and fun metroidvania that doesn't lasts long but entertains a until you reach its ending.

An extremely beautiful game that gets a bit boring with time due to its artifical replayability and its low difficulty.

A simple yet interesting classic platformer that will be on the likes of those who want a classic game, but will not be that interesting for those more 'modern' gamers.

A surprising new twist on a crowded genre. Slay the Spyre may not be the prettiest game out there, but it's one of the most interesting experiences on 2019 so far.

A game that shows it's age on regards to it's mechanics, but one that still is as beautiful as 36 years ago.

Fun but plain action game in the vein ot Stranglehold x Hotline Miami. There's not enought variety to keep you interested for long, but at least is an intense action game.

A great game that it's still valid and fun, despite being excesively linear and cliche-yd for the modern times.

A good game that will please retro lovers but one that offers too few new things to a genre that is getting saturated.

A tranquil and serene game in the flavour of Journey or Inside, that is as beautiful as it can be.

A unique game that makes new things using old mechanics. An example that proves us that there's still room for new things on videogames.

The playable proposal and the striking artistic design are appreciated. It is true that it can be useful for the future, but it is not only to thank the Devilish Games, after 20 years in the industry it still wants to create and bring us new proposals.

Velocity 2X is a clear example of the positioning that the Switch catalog is taking. Providing the console with the company's flagships and, in addition, with such a wide range of genres and renowned titles of the last five years, makes it impossible to say no. Velocity 2X comes 4 years later to a format inherited from PlayStation Vita so we are facing a conservative bet that has been translated into a very correct game for the format offered by Nintendo Switch and respecting the original version.

Today is a day to enjoy a great adventure. The users of consoles have been dismissed very fortunate to be able to go to the end of the work of Teku Studios. Work that combines the best of the classic graphic adventures of the years with more action and more contemporary studies like Playdead or Amanita Design. An authentic jewel of those that do not abound and in which to get lost in these summer days.

Long, deep, and with a combat system tailored to perfection. Octopath Traveler is an almost perfect ode to the old school RPGs.

A game that pays an homage to the old RPG genre while still being innovative in some ways. Sadly this port isn't perfect.

An excellent narrative adventure game that loses the surprise factor of Gone Home but still manages to be interesting and entertaining.
