Undoubtedly, the best 4X game so far. Civ VI is a total masterpiece and improves all the aspects of the previous incarnation.

Despite its being a little bit easier than the "regular" XCOM 2 and some AI issues, War of the Chosen is one of the best DLC out there: big, with a lot of stuffs and enjoyable from the beginning to the end. If you love the genre, you should not miss it for any reason.

Subset Games are the leading authority of addictive puzzle games, and Into the Breach is their magnum opus: game over after game over, you'll discover a puzzle game capable of keeping you engaged and entertained. Rise and Fall is an excellent expansion for Civilization VI, broadening the offering and adding a lot of irons in the fire: nine new leaders, eight civilizations, a general improvement of the experience, and a lot of new gameplay tweaks. The original game was a pretty good one, and with this new expansion it's just gotten better.

Legion is what every World of Warcraft player have been waiting for a long, long time. The new Demon Hunter is a well-received addition, the gameplay is still the same as twelve years ago but at the same time is different, and better than ever. With its epic scope, this is probably the best expansion ever released for WoW.

8 / 10.0 - The Escapists 2
Jan 25, 2018

The Switch version of The Escapists 2 is the best way to experience the new title from Mouldy Toof Studios. The game is basically the same as the one already released on PC and console, but it better suits the idea of a "touch and go" approach. There are some small smudges here and there, but the online multiplayer is a real treat.

7.7 / 10.0 - Loot Rascals
Mar 21, 2017

Loot Rascals is a roguelike, as they say, easy to learn but hard to master (despite having only five levels). Trying to escape the "doomed" planet can be really fun, expecially at the beginning. The multiplayer is curious but rather limited, the daily runs offer a moderate challenge, and at the end this is a game you'll probably enjoy once in a while.

7.4 / 10.0 - Masters of Anima
May 4, 2018

Masters of Anima allows us to control an army of minions to save our princess (and the rest of the world). The most difficult thing about the game is mastering the control system, and there's a notable - and irritating - separation between exploration and fights; nonetheless, the game is a solid and fun experience.
