A new physics system allows Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 to feel and play more like its real-life counterpart. Although this change results in a lack of foul calls, it complements a fantastic game that delivers a great-feeling version of interactive soccer and builds upon what was the best soccer title ever made.

Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition is a marked improvement over its bland predecessor, and good value at its lower price point. Some of the title's best content is likely unreleased as of yet, but what's available in its Starter Set is definitely worth the price of admission.

Despite being almost a decade old, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition comes to Xbox One feeling fresh and having lost little over the years. The remaster job isn't perfect, though, and some slight technical issues do present themselves within the game's updated campaign.

Until Dawn expertly combines choice-based gaming with horror movie mechanics, delivering a game that will be tough to forget. It's so good, in fact, that it will be hard to overlook when it comes time to name this year's best.

Toy Soldiers: War Chest is a very disappointing follow-up to two of the best downloadable Xbox 360 games out there. Not only does it run poorly, but it's cheap, convoluted and out for your wallet with unnecessary microtransactions. It's a shame, too, because good things are overshadowed by all of the bad.

Life is Strange: Episode 4 - Dark Room is easily one of the game's best episodes thus far, which is saying a lot. Not only does it successfully build upon the gut punch that was its predecessor's ending, but it also progresses the plot in very interesting ways, and concludes with a shock that will once again leave players breathless.
