Despite some issues (jamming MMO into the gameplay, uneven campaign, some technical issues) I had fun for most of the time. It’s mostly due to evolution and upgrades from all the seasons, but Vessel of Hatred introduces a solid amount of good stuff. Still, it will not cure all Diablo 4’s ailments – you have to wait for updates and fixes.

Do you know what is the main strength of Shadow of the Erdtree? That after over 60 hours of trials and tribulations, and all the curses screamed at the screen, I want to keep playing. The expansion to Elden Ring is a complete piece of work that leaves you wanting more.

9 / 10.0 - Diablo IV
May 30, 2023

What are we getting? An excellent game that reeks of a game-as-a-service, with tons of satisfying content. Diablo 4 looks like the best hack’n’slash on the market. The best h’n’s for me, a guy well versed in three previous Diablos, Divine Divinity and a bit of Grim Dawn.

6.5 / 10.0 - Diablo Immortal
Jun 10, 2022

Diablo Immortal is as engaging as any Diablo, but only initially. You sure can have fun here, and I myself became engrossed in this world, trying to discover as much of it as possible – I was just curious what kind of a game it was. Unfortunately, with the current shape of its in-game economy, Immortal turns out to be an uncomfortable money-grab effort more than anything else.

9.5 / 10.0 - Hades
Apr 1, 2022

Do you know what I’m going to do after writing this review? Play Hades again - for fun. It’s just so damn good. Maybe I’ll be able to escape hell, maybe not, but I’ll be happy to try again.

Diablo 2 Resurrected is a beautiful journey down memory lane. It's a game that brings out memories and joy and, sometimes, rage (it can be brutally unforgiving). This new-old Diablo 2 took us home for a while. A sweet illusion, but its longevity depends on the work the developers still have to do.

Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem deserves your attention and patience. You can clearly see the passion, commitment and a fresh look on the hack’n’slash genre. Right now the game is a well-made evolution of old ideas but it has a chance to become one of the best if the developers deliver all the promised content. Despite many technical issues, Wolcen is worth your time. The game is simply too much fun!

Mutant Year Zero has appeared out of nowhere and turned out to be a very cool game. It’s great for fans of difficult tactical games that don’t want to spend millions of hours in XCOM or Jagged Alliance. Neat graphics, interesting characters, and a good storyline make this game the complete package.

8.5 / 10.0 - Darksiders III
Nov 25, 2018

Despite small budget and rather unimposing preview materials, Darksiders III turns out a great game. Gunfire Games deserve a standing ovation and a truckload of money. D3 is a game born from true passion and genuine love for the series.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker is a product with some issues, some flaws, some grit. But the developers use it to channel their love for classic RPGs. This game is pure nostalgia trip, and a very graceful one at that. The devs clearly adore this genre and so may you, if you give Pathfinder a chance.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire mixes some classic epicness from Baldur’s Gate 2 with freedom of exploration from Fallout, and still offers a modern and surprising story and a great set of characters. Pretty much every element of the game has been improved. All hail the new king of classic RPGs!

Battle Chasers is a game full of attractions that will last for more than 40 hours of fun. It’s not important whether you noticed Joe Madureira’s new game because of its jRPG heritage, its connection to a series of comic books or its extremely pretty graphics. All these reasons are good, because the game is good. Very good!

Divinity: Original Sin II is like a fine wine. It demands patience, a proper attitude and some taste. If you’re willing to spend time and really sink into the story you’ll have one of the best RPG experiences in recent years. Original Sin II offers true role playing – ways to develop your character and his/her story are numerous. Great RPG!

8 / 10.0 - Halo Wars 2
Feb 19, 2017

There are several levels of madness. Until now, attempts to create an RTS for the console were probably only ahead of a bungee jump without bungee. Halo Wars 2 of the development duo 343 Industries and Creative Assembly clearly shows that times are changing.
