Sarwar Ron's Reviews
The Last Stand: Aftermath is a fun gaming experience that takes home the notion of pushing your luck and making tactical decisions to survive.
Evil Genius 2: World Domination is, just like over-the-top spy films, a product of its time and feels very much dated.
The mystery-solving core mechanics of the Sherlock Holmes Chapter are interesting and challenging, but the rest of the game just feels superfluous.
BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light is an excellent JRPG that although doesn’t hit every right note to become an instant classic or part of the hall of fame in the genre.
Bright Memory: Infinite is a fun experience, yes, but a brief and inconsistent one. The stealth segment is completely unnecessary.
Age of Empires IV is a great RTS experience. But it fails to distinguish itself just enough from Age of Empires 2.
NBA 2K22 is a nice addition to the franchise even though PlayStation 4 players get the shorter straw in terms of content.
WitchSpring 3 Re:Fine is a glorified mobile game, there is no doubt about it, but one with some heart to it.
Humankind is not a civilization killer but perhaps it doesn’t have to be. It has enough complexity and differences to stand on its own.
Cris Tales is a game that fans of the genre should check out themselves, as it tries to offer a different approach to the genre.
Frostpunk is a great addition to the genre and console players might want to finally know what all the fuzz was about.
It doesn’t matter if it’s for nostalgia’s sake or just because you want a game to wind up and relax, The Takeover is worth your while.
If you think you are done with Streets of Rage 4, give Mr. X Nightmare a go and you will soon find out the procedurally generated challenges are somewhat a new game all by itself.
Wonder Boy - Asha in Monster World doesn’t stand on its own as it is very dependent on the nostalgia factor.
Biomutant has plenty of room for improvement and the best way to describe it is as an utter waste of potential.
Total War: Rome Remastered is a satisfying experience that lives up to one of the best strategy titles ever created.
Perhaps the Robin Hood mythos is not your cup of tea, but Hood: Outlaws & Legends at least tries to add something new to the team-based formula.
If you're a fan of gangster genres, strategy, and management, the Empire of Sin will make an undeniable offer to you.
A sequel focusing on new features and a new story for the Neighbours back From Hell would have been better than a simple remaster.
Projection: First Light is one of the most unique games that I’ve played in a long time, and one that leaves a memory of a wonderful experience.
