Frostpunk skillfully combines survival with city building and adds unique winter setting and tense atmosphere to the mix. There's not much replay value, though.

Sid Meier's Civilization VI: Rise and Fall improves the game in all the right ways. Its biggest failing is that despite many changes, it surprisingly plays just like the original game.

Nidhogg 2 seems simple at first, but it's deep and content rich enough to keep you interested. It also sports beautiful pixel-art graphical style. Don't forget to bring friends, though.

StarCraft Remastered feels like a labor of love. It keeps everything that the fans considered important and improves everything else. If you can excuse its almost 20 year old gameplay, it remains rewarding even today.

Princess Maker 3: Fairy Tales Come True is a fairly enjoyable life simulation game that lets become a parent and guide a young girl to adulthood. Even though it's a bit sparse on information, that gives it a certain charm. The game is very quickly revealed to be quite shallow and non-interactive after you figure out most of the mechanics, though.
