Built upon the previous game, Forza Horizon 4 take us to a virtual Britain and explores the concept of Games as Service with a dynamic and surprising racing game that never looks the same every time we play it. It’s beautiful, plays fantastic and it has one of the most complete and beautiful garages in the world.

More focused on exploration and mystery, Shadow of the Tomb Raider encapsulate all the elements of the previous games in this reboot series and some of the oldest games too, but it presents a dull story with predictable twists that takes itself too seriously.

There was a time when V-Rally was the hottest rally game in town. This new attempt of pulling the nostalgic strings only works by its name’s sake, with a game without identity, poor in content, buggy and with strange physics that makes the gameplay inconsistent and unpredictable.

Detroit: Become Human feels like the best Quantic Dream has ever put in all of their games. It is indeed an interactive movie, with quick time events as dialogue choices, but at every scene it makes us feel on the edge of our seat, hoping for the best of this cast of robotic characters and the world they live in.

Half-sequel, half-reboot. The return of Kratos comes with a new sidekick, in a new setting, in a new generation and with a new perspective. It’s one of the riskiest reboots in recent history for an high caliber franchise, full of ambition, that sets a new standard in narrative and action games. Without any doubt, one of the best games of the generation.
