Lords of the Fallen can take and sweep the house with the 2014 release. It's a game with its own charisma, very rewarding artistically, and with ideas that fit the genre like a glove. I only regret that it didn't debut as polished as the standards demand, but I trust that HEXWORKS will update it over time to become a game that achieves excellence.

Assassin's Creed Mirage shows such a glaring lack of ambition that it's almost hurtful. It doesn't excel in anything beyond its setting, leaving us with a lackluster adventure that feels like a chore to play. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone other than a die-hard fan of the franchise.

Astria Ascending seeks to captivate you by the eyes and she succeeds. However, convincing you at the controls has it more complicated if you are a veteran in the genre, since his history and combats could take a couple of more turns to be more original. Still, it is an excellent JRPG that will please most.

Actraiser Renaissance marks the return of a classic that could not make a big name for itself in its day. With its totally renewed visual and sound aspect, it aims to conquer the hearts of players looking for cocktails of atypical genres. And boy does he get it.

Bravely Default II did not have a great reception in its day. This PC version, in addition to demonstrating once again how well the JRPG genre performs in compatible, reminds us of the outstanding game that is the work of Claytechworks. Unless you are interested in the genre, Bravely Default II is a must. I hope that with the PC version you get the love you deserve.

After trying multiple experiences on PlayStation VR, and finding no satisfaction with practically any, Traffic Jams pops up and shakes my hand wide open. A very healthy exercise to show that with a very simple idea, but well polished, great feats can be achieved. Even entertain your audience without much effort.

The same thing happens to Final Fantays IV Pixel Remaster as to its previous installments. It is a good gateway to seek to enjoy the classic without many adulterations, but its technical problems and lack of ambition makes its 3D remake of Nintendo DS, mobile phones and Steam more attractive.

Final Fantasy III Pixel Remaster transports us back to the magical world of NES but with a more than grateful face and technological facelift. Of course, it has nothing to do with the remake of Nintendo DS, mobile phones and Steam, but in order to enjoy the original version, it is the best option we have on the market.

Are you passionate about rogue like like Hades? Are you sick of the fighting that Dark Souls raises? Well, Arboria will fill you with joy, as it combines the best of these two genres to make a unique, fun, profound work whose emphasis on progression is measured with surgical precision.

Rustler is honest and humble, but he does not hold back on being what he is: a very funny, intelligent GTA parody with simple mechanics but that will captivate most lovers of the genre. We have been one with Guy and have enjoyed his misdeeds. Everything is to win some coins that allow us to refresh our throats with a good beer.

Quake Remastered shows us that old Quake continues to rule. A very robust, fun and nostalgic first-person shooter for veterans of the genre. If you want to enjoy one of the best FPS experiences of 30 years ago with your face washed, Quake Remastered is the ultra perfect opportunity to do so.

Psychonauts 2 is the full definition of a sequel to the original Psychonauts. So much so that it feels very conservative, even though there are palpable improvements in terms of content, shape, and polish. I haven't been able to get on Tim Schafer's new boat, but if you loved his previous works, Psychonatus 2 is hopelessly for you.

NeonHat may seem interesting at first, indeed, it undeniably has moments where it makes you "click". However, in most of the things it tries to offer it is clumsy and leaves you with a bitter experience that teaches us that there is still a lot of work to be done here.

Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is a presentation of how a remastering should be done. A grateful graphic and aesthetic change, enriched with playable additions and enhancements that make the experience the best it can be.

What was once a great title feels a bit dated today, but it's still really fun.

Maneater is a very refreshing RPG adventure that recalls the good times that the Jaws Unleashed game left us 14 years ago. If you are passionate about sharks, you will have a great time with this video game.

There were not a few of us who wanted to finally taste an adventure in the conditions of the legendary Sakura Taisen. However, the decision to replace the T-RPG battles with a more musou style has ended up darkening the expectations that we had for him.

Gears Tactics fully understands what a T-RPG is, however, it lacked a little more ambition to be able to rub shoulders with the greats of the genre. With a more varied mission design and better-managed depth of management, it would have shone the most.

Final Fantasy VII Remake fulfills its mission of paying tribute to one of the most important games in video game history. Some changes in the story may detract from its quality, but they do not deny its J-RPG status more than remarkable.
