Morbid: Lords of Ire outlined great potential in its calls. I had never played a soulslike until two weeks ago; I confess that I didn't have the best of experiences, and Morbid contributed to that. Wrong decisions, especially technical ones, greatly affect the game's performance. Even with a somewhat interesting combat system, with combination options that add value, one positive point does not justify another nine (being very modest) negatives.

Astor: Blade of the Monolith is a good gateway to the genre, delivering everything expected in a title with these characteristics. However, much of what could be innovative and strong is not explored, and some design decisions in the Nintendo Switch version could compromise the incredible experience.

Penny’s Big Breakaway is an interesting game and its trailer draws attention but the actual presentation isn't as good as expected. The issues obfuscate the qualities and, for that reason, the game may not please most players, especially if you aren't used to 3D platformers. I'd wager that alternative modes with limited, decreasing time, that is, where we already know the limit from the start, would be a good alternative to intertwine with the limitless stages.

Bahnsen Knights has the hard mission of entertaining a public already used to modernity. Reader, if you didn't know about this detail, the expression Pulp Fiction is synonymous with dynamic narrative, clearly outlined characters, heroes and villains, action and drama, adventure and exoticism. We have all of this in Bahnsen Knights. The game has an interesting visual and, unlike others, an extremely captivating soundtrack and a story worthy of the pulp genre. Even though it hasn't been localized in Brazilian Portuguese, the game may be a good entrypoint for learning, as its dialogues have a rich vocabulary.

Song of Nunu is a game that everyone can enjoy, whether you've played League of Legends or not, meaning you don't need to have any knowledge of Runeterra. Song of Nunu is enough on its own, and I dare say that this is the best game in this universe to date. As not every game is perfect, there are points that could be better elaborated, but they are very small compared to the incredible adventure we experienced alongside Nunu and Willump. As a certain snowman would say, Song of Nunu is a warm hug for everyone who passes by.

In the end, Boundless Trails is a good game and works for both longtime fans as those who are still getting started.

My Lovely Wife is a type of game not so attractive at a first glance but with a well defined and executed concept. The really well written story of Jake and Luna revolves around love, passion and cunning.

Strayed Lights is short, sweet and especially a highlight in the experience it offers to players. Its unique block/parry combat system brings something new to the table, and I loved almost every instance of it, especially in the big boss battles spread throughout the journey.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a great addition to the roster of games that are part of League of Legends history. Through an interesting combat mechanic thanks to the protagonist, it is an excellent option for those who enjoy the genre.

Burrow of the Fallen Bear - A Gay Furry Visual Novel tried to offer a romantic story within the furry theme. However, the end result is a very basic story that's totally left aside for the sake of the characters' erotic relationships. The presence of some dialogue options like puzzles don't recreate the concept of challenge and end up more frustrating than immersive. What keeps the game from failing is the soundtrack adequate to the game's most important scenes and its Brazilian Portuguese localization that allows certain dialogues to cause more impact.

Even if inspired by classic franchises, Chained Echoes delivers what it proposes and even more: I'd dare say future games will be inspired by it. That's the case because its story and soundtrack wipe the floor with [what] many renowned games [have to offer], not to mention its multiple combat styles. The Overdrive and Overheat gauges are a smart choice to make battles dynamic and fun. Extra content also helps, being inserted in the right measure. Actually, is there anything in Chained Echoes that isn't perfect?

The Last Friend is a combination of Tower Defense with Beat-Em-Up elements, where a human teams up with an army of dogs to save more of them. It's a thrilling adventure, with fast-paced gameplay and colorful visuals. It's a little too easy and limiting, despite the variety of dogs you'll encounter along the way. However, defeating enemies with the help of our best friend is rewarding.

Nexomon is a good alternative for those looking for a change of scenery after playing Pokémon for a long time. Here, you will find a good story, outstanding characters, excellent soundtrack and art, and many hours of fun. The collection of little monsters is vast and will give you some work to complete the database. However, there are also errors and the absence of some features, such as trades and multiplayer, overshadowing the shine of a game that proved to be a good option for fans of the genre. Still, the excess of grinding to win the game could have been worked better, thus avoiding the game to be too repetitive and restricting itself to training.

Potion Party promotes an experience focused on group fun and quick thinking, having a difficulty in harmony with the proposal. Running a potion store in pixel art and with a trail that goes back to the 1990s is not a job, but endless fun. From the beginning, we are captivated by simplicity and even without the presence of an online mode, good laughs will be given and rivalries can arise between friends when playing Potion Party, an indie game that is better than many first party titles.

Vera Blanc: Ghost In The Castle is, like its title, a spectrum of what its predecessor was, being similar only with a shallow and less threatening story that doesn't last as long.

Vera Blanc: Full Moon has an excellent comic style and is very detailed. The minigames may be from the past, but they are good for what is needed. There are a few different endings that give the game a little more longevity, but both are based on a late decision in the story. The gameplay, although simple, lacks movement between the scenarios and practically forces the player to save before each decision to avoid having to redo the whole story. Even with these flaws, the game is a good choice and it will surely entertain you for a few hours.

Little known by the gamer audience, Along the Edge is a game in the Graphic Novel format that follows the premise of a story that develops from the choices made by the player, influencing not only the story itself but the protagonist Daphné as well. The images function as a backdrop, and they were extremely well designed by the art direction, who knew how to combine the elements of the landscape. The experience is accompanied by a very strong soundtrack, directly impacting the player's emotions.

Swimsanity! has a great idea of movement, which fits very well in an underwater themed twin stick shooter. However, not making Adventure Mode more accessible to a single player is something I missed. Playing Swimsanity! alone - besides being extremely difficult and frustrating - it is not as fun as with friends. Its graphics and soundtrack are pleasant, with underwater effects that are suitable for a game of the genre. Although it is a somewhat simple experience, there is enough content to not be characterized as a castaway.

Neon Abyss is a fun, colorful and challenging roguelite. The game delivers a simple story in a challenging campaign and there is still time for fun with excellent mini-games that break the pace.
