My Hero One’s Justice 2 is a great game from My Hero Academia animated series. The story mode summarizes the current seasons of the anime, the mission mode replicates an important dynamic of the plot of the series, the main characters are present and their customization creates a more intimate atmosphere of the player with his favorite ones. Arcade mode gives a cool game option for those who are more casual and even the online battle mode was interesting. I'm not a big fan of online environments in fighting games, but I confess that I really enjoyed playing with other people over the internet. Overall, we have a fun-focused game here, like most anime games.

7.5 / 10.0 - La-Mulana 1 & 2
Mar 10, 2020

La-Mulana 1 & 2 Hidden Treasures Edition is an interesting package for anyone looking for games with a focus on the high degree of challenge within the metroidvania genre. Although they are debuting on the current generation consoles, the games do not bring any improvements or novelties, such as galleries or new modes, things that usually exist in games released in the form of a collection or re-releases.

Mega Man Zero / ZX Legacy Collection is the best compilation of the franchise that Capcom has ever released. Unlike the previous editions, which were divided in two, here we have a complete package with all games from the Zero and ZX series. Games that until then were only available on two out of line Nintendo portable consoles are now accessible with new ways to play and are sure to appeal to a wide range of players. From the novices, who can play them in a more casual and pleasant way, to the veterans of the series, who now have support for achievements / trophies and the possibility to show worldwide who is the best at Z Chaser.

8 / 10.0 - Bloodroots
Feb 28, 2020

Bloodroots is beautiful, simple and goes straight to the point, with no frills when showing your proposal. Playing the first level, we already know where we are and what we have to do. With fluid gameplay and a very charismatic and characteristic cartoon art, we are also awarded a soundtrack that is not quite memorable, but is very good and goes well with the western spaghetti theme that it presents. His challenge level strongly encourages the replay factor, inviting us to retry the previous levels to get the highest scores, unlock the hats and find the hidden wolves. It manages to be a very fun game and with a great level of recommendation.

6.5 / 10.0 - Azur Lane Crosswave
Feb 20, 2020

Good gameplay takes time to shine as it is overshadowed by long scenes of dialogue and too short and repetitive battles, where you can barely see the real potential of the time investment made in Kansen girls. The game really wants is that you just collect them all and sinned a lot when reproducing the casual mood of the mobile version. Despite this and other execution flaws, I concluded that a little more daring was needed to do something bigger. Azur Lane: Crosswave should appeal even to game enthusiasts based on Japanese pop culture and players who are very fond of grinding.

ReMind cleared up some doubts, retelling and touching up the details of the outcome of the conflict between light and darkness that has been around for 18 years. Although I found it kind of lazy on the part of Square Enix to make me beat some fights of the final battle again, after seeing as a whole what the content of this adventure had to show, I was satisfied.

Journey to the Savage Planet had a very timid announcement of a new studio, and left a good first impression of the work of the Typhoon Studios team. Speaking of the relaxed atmosphere of the game, I would make a joke that could start with "Borderlands and No Man’s Sky walk into a bar..." and that will give the idea of the atmosphere that the game goes through. It is a fun and well done title, I was very pleased with the experience I had while exploring the planet. And if they throw toy Pufferbirds, I want to collect them all.

9.5 / 10.0 - HARDCORE MECHA
Jan 21, 2020

With an engaging and exciting campaign, the narrative makes it look like we're watching an anime, spurring our game to see the next step in history and conveying the adrenaline of the moment so that our battle on board the Thunderbolt is the most epic we've ever fought. Simulation mode aims to shape us to be a more hardcore driver and the local multiplayer mode is an excellent addition for playing with friends. A generous package and a great recommendation for those who enjoy the mecha genre.

SuperEpic: The Entertainment War got my interest in art and the metroidvania genre, which I really like. The captivating soundtrack, references and gameplay complete the experience, making the game quite fun. The extra activities to complete 100% of the map and the extra game mode supply the taste of “I want more” that the title leaves at the end, and it is an excellent, we can say Epic, addition to the genre that was embraced by the independent scenario.
