This direct sequel to the main game brings some interesting elements, but does not answer any questions we had following Resident Evil Village. In fact, it does the opposite, because it adds questions. Capcom said that it was the end of the Winters saga, which means these questions may never be answered. It's also a shame that there are so few new environments, Capcom reusing several locations from Village. The change from 1st person to 3rd person as well as the addition of telekinetic powers won't be to everyone's taste, but it's very well executed. Don't get me wrong, this is a solid expansion, but it could have been so much more.

7 / 10.0 - Voyage
Aug 13, 2022

Voyage is a good little game that's worth discovering. The game aims to be a simple and relaxing experience in a very artistic settings. To that extent, we can say that it delivers. However, the simplicity is not for everyone and some players will not like this lack of challenge. Voyage is unfortunately very short and would have deserved other environments with other puzzles. I recommend you try it when you want to sit down, relax and not think too much.

7 / 10.0 - Oxide: Room 104
Jun 27, 2022

Oxide Room 104 is a good little horror game. The atmosphere put forward is perfectly successful and the puzzles are very logical. They will be particularly appreciated by fans of escape games who will see several similarities. There are some problems with texture reflections, but they do not spoil our experience. Oxide focuses primarily on puzzles and not fights. Despite the fact that there's isn't a wide range of diversity, the design of the monsters is very well thought out. If you want a game that's not too long and like horror and puzzles, this game is for you.

Who Pressed Mute on Uncle Marcus? is a cool title that will keep you busy for a few hours. The plot is well put together and everything is explained if you manage to get the best ending. The fact that it's always the same poison and the same suspect will cause the majority of players to move on as soon as the right conclusion is found. Even though some evidences are obtained in a sort of unpredictable way, I had a lot of fun carrying out the investigation.

Story of Seasons is a good game for relaxing. There's plenty to do and discover, but given the length of the game, these various tasks can become monotonous and repetitive. The game has an addictive feel to it, and the hours spent playing are hard to miss. Still, I would have preferred more events and interactions to develop relationships with the inhabitants. If you like games like Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley or even FarmVille, you'll have a great time in Forgotten Valley.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a good survival horror. The game has its faults, whether it's the poor variety of weapons and enemies or its uneven graphics. Nevertheless, the many positive points, such as the puzzles, story and combat mechanics, outweigh the negatives. The game is very difficult even for veterans of the genre (unless you play in story mode) and is not for everyone. However, fans of Resident Evil or Dead Space can look forward to this new title in the Daymare saga.

6.5 / 10.0 - Scene Investigators
Nov 9, 2023

Scene Investigators will be a real pleasure for those who like to break their heads. The lack of finish and answers at the end of an investigation may put some off. Some of the questions in the investigations seem to have been put in to make certain cases unnecessarily complex. Investigators is unfortunately very short, with only 9 scenes to solve. Despite this, the developers' attention to the smallest details will delight the most discerning sleuths. We have an excellent time exploring and deducing the circumstances of the tragedies, but I can't help feeling that something is missing.
