The score refers only to the quality of the remaster and technical condition. Oblivion itself is still an outstanding RPG, but the PS5 version needs a lot of patches to start working properly. Well, and it's a shame that there are basically no differences between the edition for the regular PS5 and the PS5 Pro. The quality mode is useless, and the game dumping to the main menu is some kind of unpleasant joke. I will point out, however, that when everything works well, the game plays wonderfully, and the quality of the visuals can sometimes literally “blow you out of your slippers.”

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is a meticulously designed Soulslike 2.5D game that delights with its atmosphere, depth of mechanics and extensive character development system, but requires patience and determination from the player. The combat is challenging and rewarding, the exploration is rewarding, and the gothic setting and excellent sound complement the whole. On the other hand, the story is not very engaging, the magic system is more frustrating in the first hours of the game, and the scale of the talent tree can be overwhelming at times. This is a game not for everyone - but if you give it time, it will repay you with something truly unique.

6.5 / 10.0 - Tempest Rising
Apr 17, 2025

Tempest Rising is a game lifted alive from the 1990s, but with contemporary ambitions and modern visuals. Unfortunately, my heart, as a Red Alert 2 fan, took a very uneven beating at times. Despite the beautiful packaging and solid foundation, too many minor flaws and untapped potentials weigh on this strategy. However, for a fan of classic RTSs - this is still an item worth checking out.

6 / 10.0 - #DRIVE Rally
Apr 14, 2025

The #DRIVE Rally impresses with its graphics and driving model, but disappoints with its lack of depth. It's a game for younger players or for a short session - 15 minutes and that's enough. Beautiful, but rather empty. With interesting music, but still problems with engaging content. On paper it looks impressive, in practice it still needs refinement. However, mainly only 5 people worked on the game, and despite everything it should be appreciated for many aspects.

8.5 / 10.0 - Avowed
Feb 13, 2025

Avowed is a solid RPG that combines first-person exploration (although there is also a third-person mode) in the style of titles from Bethesda with the depth of dialogue and choices native to Pillars of Eternity. Although the optimization leaves a lot to be desired, and the side quests could be more original, the engaging storyline and extensive conversation systems make up for many of the shortcomings. The game will undoubtedly appeal to fans of Obsidian games and anyone who appreciates the freedom of conflict resolution. If you are ready to turn a blind eye to the technical pains, Avowed offers a beautiful expedition into the magical world of Eora, which you will remember for a very long time.

Civilization VII is an impressive attempt to redefine the formula, and at the same time pays homage to the old, best solutions from previous parts. Three eras in one game provide an interesting pace, while friendly diplomacy and a new system of doctrines add variety to the familiar fun. The developers have included a wealth of mechanics here from the first minute, providing a solid foundation without the need to wait for DLC. While the simplifications in management may not be to everyone's taste, the sheer atmosphere and strategic depth still make this installment worth playing right off the bat.

Ara: History Untold is an ambitious 4X strategy that introduces a fresh approach to civilization management. With innovative mechanics, such as the absence of the classic technology tree and irregular regions instead of hexes, it offers a more dynamic and complex experience. The game impresses with its visuals and music, while the Encarta system adds educational depth.

8.5 / 10.0 - Frostpunk 2
Sep 17, 2024

Frostpunk 2 challenges both the player's mind and morals, putting a premium on difficult choices and complex management. The game impresses with its grandeur, political mechanics and audio-visual design, but at the same time requires players to be strategic and quite committed.

World of Warcraft: The War Within is one of the best WoW expansions in all of history. I'll start my enumeration of pluses with brilliantly designed locations, good old friends are returning, and the game has undergone a very concrete refresh.

An excellent PC port that has been sensationally optimized. Judging only the technical layer, I can not attach myself to anything here. The game looks great and works perfectly, while making it easier to move or aim. This is how games created for desktop computers should work.

6 / 10.0 - Dolmen
May 20, 2022

Dolmen may not be a contender for the title of game of the year, but for soulslike fans it will provide some fun. It is a pity that it is often a bit stiff, lopsided and far too simple.

7.5 / 10.0 - Let's Sing 2022
Nov 26, 2021

Let's Sing 2022 is a great production for karaoke events. A banal interface, a quick start to the game and a simple design of the game are its biggest advantages.

8 / 10.0 - New World
Oct 6, 2021

New World is one of the best MMOs I've ever played. Which does not mean that it is error-free. There's a lot to do for the creators, but they have a great, solid foundation. I'm waiting for extras!

The creators probably didn't quite know what the Dark Alliance should be, so it is... completely bland. But it has at least beautiful locations.
