Critic Reviews for Miracle Snack Shop
Miracle Snack Shop was a pleasure to experience. I had a blast the whole way through. It was the perfect game to cozy up with in bed on a cold winter’s night. If you’re looking for a funny and sweet game to chill out with, I highly recommend this!
Miracle Snack Shop has made its place as one of the main titles to represent the Talesshop brand. The main protagonist has more than enough appeal than just being an existing character of a visual novel, including the quality of illustration and voice acting. Although there are some questionable decisions of how the two characters you can choose to meet don’t really have any related stories that crossover and the theme of running a bistro feels like only a slight distraction. But for those who’re here for the pure passion of the genre, they’ll get enough satisfaction from playing this game.

…While Miracle Snack Shop‘s narrative delivers a solid story of romance that travels from an awkward first encounter to lifelong love in a little shop, a couple of elements don’t land…
Miracle Snack Shop was a very delightful surprise, from the outside it may seem like just another date simulator focused on “choosing your favorite waifu”, but in the inside it tells two very well-developed love stories, with very relatable situations that convey very relevant messages about responsibility, happiness and love. The only issue with its narrative being that it doesn’t really come close to giving Mira the same attention that Philia had, sometimes making it seem like she’s just a second thought in the story. And the sales management system, despite being very simple, was enough to give a good change of pace to the constant reading, it greatly encourages you to plan how to use your resources. Deinitely check it out if you enjoy visual novels and/or dating sims.
