Gravity Chase is not the most ambitious or creative racing game, but it offers a competent and fast futuristic racer. With a decent variety of tracks that are all easy to unlock, three game modes to pick from, and a satisfactory roster of ships and music to race with—there’s a handful of fun in this package.
Gravity Chase cribs F-Zero’s style wholesale with varying degrees of success. Squirrelly controls and questionable design choices somewhat take away from the game, but there’s a healthy variety of options for those who just can’t get enough Captain Falcon.
Even with its issues though, Gravity Chase has enough content and verve about it to keep fans of Ballistics, WipEout or Radial-G entertained for a few evenings. For a budget title, it’s an admirable attempt to capture the spirit of the zero-g racing greats that came before it. In the long run though, it just can’t keep pace with the luminaries of the genre.
WipeOut fans can look forward to something they will love! Gravity Chase is a more than decent experience with a nice selection of tracks and visuals.
Gravity Chase mainly wants to excite and challenge you with futuristic races. That it does well. It isn't too exciting as a game however and you also have to motivate yourself to stay on board.

Gravity Chase is a decent futuristic, anti-gravity racer. It doesn’t bring anything new to the genre. It also doesn’t come into the game space severely lacking in content or quality. However, after looking over Repixel8’s website and watching some video clips of Velocity G, I almost feel like Gravity Chase is just a knock-off with updated/improved graphics.
