Paper Dolls 2 Reviews
All in all, Paper Dolls 2 does enough to keep the survival horror formula going. However, its repetitive level design, heavy puzzle solving, and weird movement speeds bring down the experience somewhat. At the same time, this makes for a good puzzle-solving exploration game. As long as you know what you're getting into, you'll have a good time.
Paper Dolls 2 has good intentions but stumbles repeatedly. Setting and structure are interesting, but gameplay needs refinement. Localization limits make puzzles challenging, and the combat system is cumbersome and punitive, which may discourage players.

Paper Dolls 2 is the sequel to the aptly named Paper Dolls: Original, a game I remember playing and reviewing for the site about four years ago. It was a fun game, but not without its annoyances. So when the chance came to get my teeth into Paper Dolls 2, I was eager to jump back into the Yin mansion and see if anything had changed.
was left underwhelmed, the “horror” aspect is more a light dusting to a first-person puzzle game. Numerous aspects feel frustrating, the lack of direction and character speed being huge examples. Whilst it isn’t all bad the segments that shine aren’t as rewarding because they are few and far between.
