Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope - Rayman in the Phantom Show Reviews
As we haven't seen Rayman on the Nintendo Switch in quite some time, Rayman in the Phantom Show comes as a disappointment – especially when compared to Kingdom Battle's Donkey Kong Adventure. The lack of Rayman specific elements, the inability to play as Rayman in the base game, and the rehashing of old enemies and encounters, make this an adventure fit only for those that can't get enough of Sparks of Hope's great tactical battles.
A wonderful way to draw a line under Sparks Of Hope, with a mountain of new content and an extended cameo for Rayman, that makes him just as interesting as the existing team.
We are not at the levels of the expansion dedicated to Donkey Kong of the first game, nor to the excellent ones of the base game, which remains one of the pearls of the rich softeca of Nintendo Switch, yet Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope - Rayman in the Phantom Show is a fun and carefree DLC, which will not engage veterans too much and could paradoxically please newbies or those who, Like us, he missed the most beloved eggplant man in the history of video games.

Rayman in the Phantom Show is the DLC with which we say goodbye, hopefully not forever, to Mario+Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. The package is a lot of fun, the relaunch of Rayman was successful and Ubisoft Milano managed to give some other new features to a game that seemed to have said it all, even without being able to repeat the Donkey Kong miracle of the first chapter.
