Spooky Express isn’t just a puzzle game that has a lick of Halloween paint thrown over it; it intertwines the game’s mechanics and theming to create a fun, approachable, and cleverly designed series of puzzles that will have fans shrieking with delight.
Spooky Express is a lovely little game. It’s short and sweet. Probably not something that will stick with me long-term, but the time I spent with it was enjoyable. I especially recommend it for parents looking to introduce their kids to video games. It’s gentle, engaging, and could definitely make for a fun shared experience.
Draknek & Friends returns to the railway puzzle genre with a masterful demonstration of excellent design and sensitivity when it comes to helping everyone enjoy it.
