BlazBlue Entropy Effect X Reviews
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X delivers frantic combat and a unique roster that requires technical mastery, further enhanced by versatile local and online cooperative modes. However, the lack of environmental variety and the low difficulty of common enemies cause the experience to become repetitive over time. This duality results in a mechanically solid game that ultimately struggles with the diversity of its long-term challenges.

BlazBlue Entropy Effect X is a fantastic and highly addictive action roguelike with smooth, responsive gameplay, great build variety through its skill-inheritance system, striking but sometimes overly busy visuals, a forgettable techno-babble story, and a rock-solid focus on what really matters: excellent gameplay.

Even though I’m not familiar with the story or history of BlazBlue I had a very fun time with Entropy Effect X. It is genuinely fun to play, offering a loop of combat that is as challenging as it is visually stunning. The large Roster of very different characters and the interplay of the Legacy system make every run feel like a new experiment in breaking the game’s limits. And the Entropy system unlocked upon winning a run lets you push the difficulty as hard as you can.
There’s no doubt that BlazBlue Entropy Effect X was worth the wait for console players. Featuring fun and fast gameplay and varied characters that play like their fighting game counterparts, this is a content-rich game that will keep you coming back.
