Dimhaven - The Lost Source Reviews
If you enjoy the visuals being a mix of crisp "modern" style blended with very blocky, pixelated graphics then you have passed the first hurdle. If you don't mind the story being a bit "quirky" and the characters being a bit strange… then there are certainly a bunch of puzzles for you to solve here. If you don't mind puzzles that aren't always straightforward and may require some intense head scratching… then this might be just up your alley (or strange dark mountain pass). Perhaps wait for a special, but it could be worth a look.
Dimhaven may not have reinvented the wheel, but its genuine sense of adventure never let up for a single moment. That's precisely why it's such a shame that people unfairly overlook it on account of its niche appeal. One thing is certain: anyone who loved Quern definitely won't be disappointed by Dimhaven either.
