He Who Watches Reviews
The best puzzles make you feel smart. He Who Watches, however, often manages to make you feel quite the opposite. More than once, I found myself stumbling upon the solution almost by accident after several failed attempts. I understood what the game wanted me to do, but figuring out how to get there in its three-dimensional world was another matter entirely. The result is a distinctive, polished, and ingenious collection of puzzles that plays cleverly with perspective and gravity, but occasionally falls short when it comes to balancing the difficulty. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine challenge, though others may want to approach it with a little caution.

He Who Watches is a wonderful game full of genius puzzles, interesting mechanics and deeply rewarding and satisfying secrets. My jaw has dropped countless times during my time with the game, and I can't recommend this year's best puzzle game enough to those who want to invest in uncovering its many layers.
He Who Watches is a well-crafted puzzle game with a steep difficulty curve. It’s great for fans of the genre who want a real challenge, but less recommended for casual players who just want a light mental workout. With just a few mechanics, it manages to create complex and well-thought-out puzzles, forcing the player to consider many options—even the most unlikely ones. It’s a shame that the mini-hints aren’t always helpful and that some bugs are a bit annoying—a sore spot that undermines the game’s playability.
