Critic Reviews for BOOR
For those looking for the kind of wind-me-down indie title that can still rustle up a good, nuanced frustration from time to time, BOOR will meet that demand (if not exceed it) without letting its potential annoyances get in the way or become the focal point.
A game made by only one person that manages to entertain as long as it last, but it doesn't last very long. Its extremely low price tag make the rest.

Let me make this perfectly clear; the soundtrack is one of the best soundtracks I’ve heard this year and is so far the soundtrack to beat in 2017.
BOOR is a darkly beautiful game with plenty of interesting puzzles to keep you engaged, but the lack of narrative progression lets it down.
BOOR remains an enthralling, charming game that, with its beautifully rendered, challenging levels and innovative central mechanic, will have you hooked from beginning to end.
BOOR's focus seems to be on the general look and feel and Dazlog Studio did a great job at highlighting that. I would consider it a game you'd go back to play once completed unless you're trying to be a self set timer or a no death achievement but at the current price point, it's definitely worth checking out
It moves along at a good pace, introducing new puzzle concepts thick and fast rather than overly relying on what's been before. And like I say, it looks absolutely lovely as it does it. Simple reds and greys are portrayed with a deft use of texture, a lovely papery style to the defiantly 2D design.
