Eekeemoo - Splinters of the Dark Shard
Top Critic Average
Eekeemoo Splinters of the Dark Shard is a game of missed potential. All the workings of an action-adventure game are there, like characters, story, and boss battles, but none of them are fleshed out enough to make the game worthwhile.
The stories about Eekeemoo have landed to the world of video games in Eekeemoo: Splinters of the Dark Shard that unfortunately it has not been able to attract with the different puzzles that it offers.

As an action game and platformer, Eekeemoo leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, the experience doesn't overstay its welcome and its laid the groundwork to build upon (hopefully) for future installments.
Despite its potential and the love poured into it, Eekeemoo: Splinters of the Dark Shard is a broken mess that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Overall and there most definitely are lots of problems with this little indie game. The story is hard to follow, there are no instructions, and at times, it’s stupidly buggy. But it is only £4 and after my initial 10 minutes, I enjoyed the journey it took me on. The art style is cool, the gameplay when you get used to it is solid and the characters are endearing. For the price, you may as well give it a whirl.
