Critic Reviews for Guilt Battle Arena
All things considered, Guilt Battle Arena has a fun gameplay mechanic but doesn't execute itself properly as a full package.
Guilt Battle Arena is a lot of fun while it lasts with frantic, fast-paced action that forces players to act quickly in the heat of battle. Our main issue, however, is that everything that the game has to offer can be seen very quickly, and the desire to keep picking up the game, again and again, isn't as strong as we'd initially hoped. Fun in quick bursts, but lacking slightly in gameplay content, we'd urge you to place this one on your ‘maybe' list.
Guilt Battle Arena is a fun distraction for a little while. Naturally, this party game is also a lot more fun played with friends and/or family. Having only one bullet is a nifty gimmick which can introduce some level of strategy to the madness that unfolds, too. Modifiers and an assortment of game modes help to increase the title's longevity, but there isn't a whole lot of content to speak of, including one of the shortest campaigns we've ever seen.
With the proper people, equipment, and time to play and fully utilize Guilt Battle Arena, the game is relatively fun pioneering on a simplistic and straightforward idea. However, it is easy to see how simplicity can easily fall into mediocrity, especially when that's all it has going for it.
There are restaurant meals out there that cost less, are more satisfying, and somehow last longer than Guilt Battle Arena. Stay far away.
Guilt Battle Arena is a fun game with a simple yet innovative combat system allowing everyone to enjoy it. While there is not much depth to the game, it will definitely be a fun one to break out at gatherings and rage at your friends with for a little while.
Guilty Battle Arena is a title that loses the fight against other games within the same genre.
A solid foundation that's fun to improve your skills at and is ideal to quickly load up for a couple of minutes at a time. With more content and shinier polish, this game might have been easier to justifiable at its current price
