If you like this sort of game, there’s a lot of fun to be had here. It can be rough getting through those first three or four hours, but if you do you’ll be rewarded with a story that completely delivers on the lesson it’s trying to teach.

A sold entry to the point and click adventure genre. Bear With Me: The Complete Collection tells a great story in a Noir style. Filled with great character and writing it hits most of the marks, it's just a shame that it's short-lived and fairly easy to get through.

On the surface, Bear With Me appears to be little more than an amusing, story-driven, point and click adventure, infused with the tone and style of noir classics like The Maltese Falcon. However, there's much more at play within this clever episodic tale.

All in all, it is a game series that will definitely feel memorable, even if it doesn't appeal to such a wide audience like other genres.

Despite its faults, Bear With Me has a lot of charm and heart. It likely won't blow you away, but there is enough content with The Complete Collection to warrant your attention.

Although it has a few key-mechanics missing, Bear with Me: The Complete Collection is a well designed and presented noir-based Point-and-Click Adventure game. I can overlook the omitted mechanics due to both the story and the art direction keeping me hooked right until the final credit roll, despite the fact that there were no trophies to obtain whilst playing out the final act. I personally thought the story and gameplay was more fun and solid within the prequel, as it was the final element created in the collection, but the original trio of chapters delivered a very interesting story which took a rather strange turn towards the final conclusion. My final thoughts and the outcome I got from playing through this series was that I want more Ted E. Bear – I really hope we get to see more of him in the future via a sequel or maybe a spin-off title.
