Zero Zero Zero Zero
Critic Reviews for Zero Zero Zero Zero
Zero Zero Zero Zero doesn't have what it takes to compete with its competition. If you like precise platformers, I'd wholeheartedly recommend VVVVVV instead, if you don't already own it.
Boring and with many serious flaws in game design, Zero Zero Zero Zero is a title that can perhaps amuse less demanding players for about 5 minutes before they forget its existence. Damaged by poor controls and a very dubious graphic style, Alvaro Games' tiny 2D platformer unfortunately does not escape the fate of being a zero on the left.

I like to think of myself as an open minded and non-judgemental kinda guy. But I’m forced to admit that I make assumptions based on first impressions and visuals all the time. Be it reading the blurb on the back of a book or while selecting which sandwich to buy for lunch. I won’t deny that when Zero Zero Zero Zero first fell into my review pile, I unfairly judged it and was in no rush to play it. However, first impressions are often wrong, qualities are sometimes well hidden.
I can really appreciate the target appears to be aiming for, providing a sort of throwback style of tight and simple platforming... but one that's also in no way simple...
