The latest Star Wars Battlefront II update will have players duke it out on Scarif, and will be the last content update for the game.

On the Battlefront II blog, it was announced that the Age of Rebellion is coming to Supremacy and Instant Action. This will bring high-agency battles to Hoth, Tatooine, Yavin 4, Death Star II, and the Rogue One inspired Scarif. Battles in Age of Rebellion Supremacy will be fought on the ground phase exclusively. Players will be able to pilot starfighters on a selection of Age of Rebellion Supremacy locations. Scarif and Crait are joining the Heroes and Villains game modes, while Co-Op will see the addition of the MC85 Star Cruiser, First Order Star Destroyer, and Scarif. Co-Op is also bringing offline solo play. Through this, gamers will be able to play exclusively against AI on all Co-Op enabled locations. This type of play will be an option in instant Action.

EA is giving all players three new appearances: Rey with her yellow lightsaber, Kylo Ren wearing his reforged mask with the hood up, and Emperor Palpatine wearing his latest robes. This will be Palpatine's default look in sequel era Supremacy, Co-Op, and Instant Action. Players will be able to get a new look for Darth Maul by taking out 5,000 enemies with him, while Rey's hooded look will be awarded to anyone who uncovers the mystery on Takodana.

"Since launch, we've brought new content in the form of free updates to the entire player base, delivering immersive Star Wars battles you can play solo, with friends, and against others across the entire Skywalker Saga," stated Dennis Brannvall on behalf of the Battlefront II team. "This vision will now be realized as we complete our return to the Age of Rebellion, which we started in February.

"Looking beyond April, we're transitioning to a phase where the servers, in-game challenges, recurring events such as Double XP and more, and game support will carry this broad and rich Star Wars gaming experience into the future. This means that we're moving away from delivering regular content updates. As the game lives on with the players and our community, we're looking forward to hearing your stories for years to come."

Star Wars Battlefront II is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
