After months of worrying that Platinum wouldn't make Ninja Gaiden 4 difficult enough, series veterans are finding that it's a hell of a lot more challenging than they all thought.
If there's one thing that the Ninja Gaiden series has become known for over the years (besides Izuna Drops, that is), it's without a doubt its merciless difficulty. Whether it's the original 2D games, Team Ninja's 3D trilogy, or even the recently-released Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, you're in for a very tough time no matter what entry in the series you're playing.
That difficulty has become so synonymous with Ninja Gaiden that many fans were worried that Platinum would dumb things down a bit and make Ninja Gaiden 4 easier than the rest of the series. Well, now that everyone's actually jumping in to play it, they're finding out that's not the case at all.
