The titles that will be a part of this week's Free Play Days event have been revealed.
On the Xbox Wire, the games that Xbox players will be able to try out as a part of this weekend's Free Play Days event were announced. The titles are available now, and will be available through July 11th.
The first game that will be available this weekend is R.B.I. Baseball 21. In R.B.I. Baseball 21, gamers will play their way and make a statement. The game is part of a easy to learn, fast-paced franchise that is perfect for anyone who wants to pick up and play. The game has new features such as create-a-player, immersive time-of-day, and play-by-play commentary. Players will be able to step up and take their team to the World Series.
The second game that players will be able to try out this weekend is Dead by Daylight. In Dead by Daylight, gamers will be able to choose to play as either the stalker or the prey. Situational awareness is key for survivors who play in third-person, while the killer focuses on their targets in first-person. This is all done in ever-changing environments. Gamers will have the opportunity to try check out Dead by Daylight's recent Resident Evil chapter. This new chapter features a new killer in Nemesis, and two new survivors, Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine. The new chapter also adds a new map, the Raccoon City Police Station. Purchasing the add-on unlocks all of this, as well as an exclusive universal Charm.
It was also announced that gamers currently have the chance to win a custom Dead by Daylight Series S art piece and an Xbox Series S. From now until July 15th, those who wish to enter can follow the @XboxGamePass account and retweet with #XGPDBDsweepstakes for a chance to win.
Those who wish to continue playing the two games featured this weekend can do so at a discount. Any Gamerscore or achievements earned will roll over if a game is purchased. All purchased DLC will also rollover.
Free Play Days is a reoccurring event that allows Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members try out a few titles for free, and purchase them at a discount.
