Pragmata Is Getting Pushback For A Crying Diana Badge That Seemingly References Loli Culture

Pragmata is finally here, Capcom's new sad dad IP that looks pretty good. That's what most of the game's reviews have been saying anyway, with our own Jade King giving the game an impressive 4.5/5 and calling it "a rare triumph." With those kinds of reviews under its belt, all the talk surrounding the game should be hype and excitement, right?

Unfortunately, as Pragmata has inched closer to release, a lot of discussion about the game has revolved around Diana, the main character's child companion. In particular, her design has come into question, with many arguing that she seems to look too much like an adult, and far too sexualized as a result, and some claiming that her design is catered towards lolicons.

While Diana's design isn't sexualized in the slightest, there has been a disturbing trend of groups sexualizing the child regardless. Just a few months ago, a subreddit was shut down by Reddit that was allegedly filled with sexualized imagery of Diana and lolicon content, after those users were pushed off of more standard subreddits.
