Known for its Victorian Gothic aesthetic, Bloodborne has cemented itself as one of the most visually pleasing video games of all time. Set in Victorian London in the fictionalized city of Yharnam, the FromSoftware hit immerses players in the dark aesthetic of a world plagued by a mysterious blood disease, turning its inhabitants into blood-starved monsters.

As the Hunter, we must don our Hunter's Cap and take to the cobbled streets of Yharnam to uncover the truth behind the curse, all whilst fighting beasts and cosmic entities alike. Thanks to its Victorian-inspired aesthetic, Bloodborne is an instantly recognizable game with its towering spires, blood-soaked cobbled streets, and dimly lit alleys where beasts stalk the shadows.

Of course, the 2015 RPG from FromSoftware is also praised for pretty much every other aspect of the game, including soundtrack, combat, story, characters, and more. As such, Bloodborne is widely regarded as one of the greatest video games of all time, despite Sony digging its heels it when it comes to giving us that long-awaited next-gen remaster.
