While Flame Over is not a part of the Vita's list of must-buy titles it is definitely something which should be picked up by Vita owners itching for a challenge.
Hardcore fanatics may still be somewhat amused , but those looking for an entertaining game that harkens back to the retro era while at the same time providing some modern fun should jump well out of the way.

The Homeworld Remastered Collection is an excellent example of how to bring classic RTS gameplay into modern gaming. While there are a few issues with pacing at the beginning of games, the fluid combat, three-dimensional strategy and excellent attention to detail makes this a hugely unique and immersive gameplay experience.
Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires provides you with the tools to create your own epic tale of love, betrayal and war, but it won't spoon feed it to you; your imagination must do some of the work to flesh out the experience. The change of pace from the frantic combat offered by the strategic elements of Empire Mode helps keeps things fresh, but if you aren't able to invest interest in the characters and the kingdoms, or can't stomach the cathartic but repetitive combat, Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires may not win you over. For everyone else, Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires is quite possibly the best Dynasty Warriors game to date, on the verge of greatness.
New 'n' Tasty is a perfect remake. Paying homage to the original game while still setting itself apart as a whole new game. It should really be treated more as a series reboot and a lowly remake. Fans of 2-D platformers wlll love this adventure as it adds great gameplay mechanics and a lovable protagonist to create a memorable experience for all. The game cannot be recommended to all gamers though as the difficulty of the game maybe too much for some. If you enjoy a challenge though then you will love New 'n' Tasty
Since the pros definitely outweigh the cons everyone should at some point experience one of the most impressive titles in recent memory
'There Came an Echo' is a must buy for everyone who loves Sci-Fi or strategy games. Iridium Studio's decision to place voice commands at the core of all aspects of the game provides a uniquely enjoyable experience that is complimented by a thought-provoking storyline and fantastic soundtrack. If there is going to be a 'There Came an Echo 2' sign me up and take my money now because I am already sold.
Pillar is a fascinating set of mini-games, surrounded in a beautiful package of art and music. However only half of the content is worth playing, with the other half unremarkable or frustrating. Pillar is worth a purchase on sale for the art style and interesting concept.
Hand of Fate is a slightly flawed experience that will nonetheless please both card-based gamers and RPG fanatics with its fantastic blend of styles.
Overall Last Round is a good example of a solid current-gen remaster; the final edition of Dead or Alive 5 offers enhanced visuals, plenty of DLC, new content while maintaining what was great about the original.
This game will keep you entertained for hours at a time, as well as make your brain do some work. If its not already there, add this game to your library.
Harold is a unique game stuffed full of personality, with gorgeous visual and audio presentation belying its unforgiving difficulty and fiddly, overwhelming mechanics. If only Moon Spider had allowed the difficulty to be toned down or, even better, sought to release Harold on touch-screen compatible hardware. It is still a deeply humorous experience, however, and certainly recommended if you're up for a challenging racer/platformer.
Unfortunately the incredibly short length of the campaign means that it is hard to recommend the game at full price to absolutely everyone, but if you want to experience a rather peculiar place than you should definitely consider diving into the quirky world of Unmechanical Extended.
The sleepy, small-town atmosphere, dream-like art design and sublime music, combined with a cast of both likeable and pleasingly hateful characters, a compelling story and interesting game mechanics has left me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next episode.
Apotheon is one of the most beautiful games I've ever seen. The beauty of this game mixes well with fast-paced original gameplay to create a truly great game. The game has its negatives but they are greatly outweighed by the positives in the game. Apotheon is a great game that any gamer will enjoy and will have many people coming back for more.
Due to the difficulty of puzzles it is hard to recommend the title to just anyone, but if you are a fan of the genre or the original release you should definitely check out the legendary adventure of Manny Calavera.

Resident Evil HD Remaster is just as good as the original in most ways, and in others better. Resident Evil HD feels great, looks great, and the controls are wonderfully remade for the newer systems. It can get a little hard at times figuring out your way, but that is what makes Resident Evil one of the hardest, yet most accomplished games in the series to have ever been released.
