Overall, we both feel that Star Wars Pinball: Rogue One is one of the strongest pinball tables from Zen Studios, Star Wars or otherwise. There's plenty to do on this pinball table, and its ties to the Rogue One movie will allow fans to greatly enjoy the fast-paced action as they try to take down all enemies on their path in their quest for the highest score of them all.

Human: Fall Flat is a clever game with a minimalist look that will hook you with its puzzles and with the humorous way its main protagonist goes around doing things. Bob is bad at this. Like, really bad, but that's already half the fun! If you're looking for a fun 3D physics-based puzzle game with a decent-sized campaign and plenty of objectives to complete then Human: Fall Flat is just what you need.

If you're looking for a new take on the hockey simulation genre with a 1970s twist, then Old Time Hockey is exactly the game you're looking for. Taking the worse team in the league and completely changing its dynamics, improving their skills as you go is a very rewarding experience – as long as you're ready to lose a ton of games in the process!

MechRunner is an entertaining arcade-style release that brings some mindless fun to the PlayStation 4. Due to its endless runner nature, the game is easy to pick up but hard to master. There's a lot of weapons to unlock and purchase, not to mention upgrade, so if you want to 100% this one you'll be spending dozens of hours with your PS4.

85% - GNOG
May 2, 2017

I love puzzle games, and GNOG ended up being something completely unique and different from what I usually get to play. It has great and colorful graphics, a nice variety of puzzles and a good mix of music tracks that will keep you focused on the things you can interact with. I really can't talk more about the game without considerably spoiling its toys and puzzles, but rest assured there is a nice variety to keep you entertained for a while. Will you be able to find all the solutions? Are you good enough at puzzle games? Then be sure to give GNOG a go on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR!

Full Throttle Remastered is an excellent new take on a beloved classic game that you have to play on PS4. It's one of the best games in the adventure genre, and its revamped look and remastered audio make it the definitive version. There are areas where the game hasn't aged well, but this is not a deal-breaker. If you like adventure titles and haven't played Full Throttle, you have to try it today. And even if you've already played it, the new look and other improvements will make it feel like a new game.

I really loved my time with both Danganronpa games. It's a special series that does a great job at presenting very interesting tales. I'm glad the games got ported to the PS4, especially before the upcoming release of the third title in the franchise! It's a great way for people to catch up on the series, particularly if you don't own a Vita. There's a huge amount of content to enjoy in this collection, and I hope you get a chance to play it soon!

The story in Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds will grab you from start to finish as you make the most of the massive walls of text you will be reading. It is a visual novel, and that is expected of the genre, so no complaints there! Fans of the genre will be happy to hear that this release keeps the original Japanese voices for that authentic feel – although in my case I wouldn't have minded a dual audio track but can understand that would have been very expensive for the developer. The game's graphics are very crisp and clear and make everything pop easily, making it easy on the eye. If you're looking for an otome visual novel on PS Vita then Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds is certainly a good option you should consider.

Yooka-Laylee is a great platformer featuring a ton of collectibles and great worlds to explore – hence it being a collectathon. The worlds feature some great designs, and the different collectibles were fun to discover. I think that this game might have benefited from a slightly longer development cycle to address some of the camera issues I ran into, but as I said before, it's certainly not a deal-breaker. If you've been hankering for a new take on the great 3D platformers of ages past, then give Yooka-Layle a play today!

Feist is a tricky 2D physics-based platformer that is very challenging. The difficulty spike might be too much for some players, keeping them from enjoying the full experience. It would be a shame because the graphics, gameplay mechanics and sound of this stylish release give us a solid game on PS4 that will certainly test your skills in full.

I had fun with Mr. Shifty as I played on handheld, tabletop and docked mode. Other than a handful of moments when the framerate slowed down a bit, the game kept me coming back for more until the end. tinyBuild, the game's publisher, has already said that Team Shifty is working on a patch to smooth thing up, so do keep that in mind.

Touhou Double Focus is a below average release that didn't grab my attention. If you're desperately looking for a Japanese platformer, I seriously recommend you to skip this release and play other better games on the PS Vita library. Save your time and money and avoid Touhou Double Focus!

Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap was a fun game back in the day and its still just as fun today. It will certainly be a challenging adventure, but you won't be overwhelmed by the action. Speaking of that, if you want to get all of the game's trophies you better start playing on the highest difficulty since there are some levels related to completing the game like that. There's plenty to do in the game, and the fact that you can switch between the old-school graphics and music and the new graphics and music for the HD remake is a nice bonus.

LEGO City Undercover packs a lot of fun in a single Bluray disc (or downloand) for all to enjoy. It's the perfect family oriented take on the Grand Theft Auto formula, making it perfect for parents to play with their kids. There's plenty to find and a lot to do in this adventure, and I highly reccomend that you dive in and get losts in its world.

Unscored - DYING: Reborn
Apr 16, 2017

The focus in DYING: Reborn is on its puzzles, and their difficulty is right up there with classics such as MYST. The visuals get the job done and the game even features a full trophy list with a Platinum trophy! So if you're looking for a puzzle/adventure game on PS4, you might want to check this one out!

The game is very colorful and vibrant, not to mention very fast-paced, so you'll always be on your toes. The bonus Game and Watch style thing for Run Run and Die was a nice surprise and a great chance of pace from the regular type of stages. Overall, the game is a lot of fun. I had fun with its dialogue and its gameplay mechanics, not to mention the variety of nasty aliens I ended up battling.

There are plenty of puzzles to solve and many areas to visit, and the game does a great job at keeping you interested until the end. We both had a lot of fun playing A rose in the Twilight and really liked the blood/timestop gameplay mechanics, as well as the story for this release.

I had a lot of fun with Alchemic Jousts, and I definitely recommend it to those of you looking for a fast-paced and entertaining strategy/defense release on PS4. There's a ton of units, boosts and skills to unlock, plenty of battle types to engage in and a ton of trophies to obtain, so you'll definitely spend dozens of hours playing this one.

There's not much more I can say about Blackwood Crossing without spoiling its story and setting, so I'll just say that it's definitely a fun experience that you should play on PlayStation 4. Sure, it's $15.99 price point will probably rub some people the wrong way since you're looking at around 3 hours to complete the game, but the game's setting, narrative, graphics and sound more than make it a game worthy of your collection. Not to mention that the final sections leading to the game's ending are worth the price of admission.
