4 / 5 - Yooka Laylee
Apr 4, 2017

An enjoyable and varied experience that brings back the feeling of 90's platformers even if admittedly it doesn't add much new. Some flaws here and there don't stop it from being a recommended purchase both for platformer veterans as well as newcomers.

A farewell to the Dark Souls series that showcases all of the developer's experience in terms of concepts and level design, and gives those who care about the lore a chance to explore it further. The Ringed City adds more gameplay hours while sustaining the full game's quality, but it doesn't differ much as it reuses the same concepts of previous installments.

1 / 5 - Troll and I
Mar 26, 2017

The game failed so hard at doing anything, the story is just bad, the combat is limited and boring and the game is full of glitches. Whatever you are looking for, you will not find it in Troll and I

Styx: Shards of Darkness offers an excellent and varied style of gameplay with massive and beautiful fantasy world, but suffers from repetitive level design and awful jokes and commentary, in addition to weak indoor graphics that lack detail.

3 / 5 - Lego Worlds
Mar 18, 2017

A fun family game for both kids and adults, especially since many generations enjoyed building with LEGO. However, the experience is hindered by a relatively steep learning curve, and unintuitive controls.

An enjoyable game both cooperatively and competitively, with a cheerful 90's style look and feel and a decent enough amount of content. The simplicity and slight repetitiveness of the campaign, and the competitive mode not shaking up the formula makes it a game aimed more at series veterans than newcomers.

2 / 5 - 1-2-Switch
Mar 14, 2017

The number and variety of the games offered ensures at least a couple of hours of gameplay. This is a game that you'll use to show off the Switch to your friends, but the simplicity and general inaccuracy of the games and its lack of character limit its appeal and longevity.

4 / 5 - Snipperclips
Mar 12, 2017

Snipperclips is a great launch game for the Switch: It's fun, innovative and makes full use of the Switch's portable design. Definitely a must-buy.

Ubisoft showcases its long experience in Ghost Recon Wildland, starting with the biggest world in Ubisoft's history, the weapons/tools upgrades, the great visuals and the story that motivates you to finish the game's campagin. But on the other hand missions are repetitive and lacking, the enemy AI is questionable and vehicle controls are inaccuarate.

3.5 / 5.0 - Fast RMX
Mar 11, 2017

A fast and enjoyable racer that controls well, and for the asking price is adequate in content. With some improvements to its online play and a couple of extra modes it can become a much better game, but right now it's an enjoyable, if flawed, racer.

Just when you think you've seen all what this series can provide, along comes this entry and completely surprises you with what it has to offer. An epic journey in the most impressive open world environment yet. A fascinating journey filled with never ending moments of awe that will captivate you for hours on end.

4.5 / 5.0 - Nier: Automata
Mar 6, 2017

A role playing game rich in unique characters and a multilayered story waiting to be unraveled, with one of the fastest and slickest fighting system in a game of its kind, against a diverse cast of bosses. All of this in addition to this year's best and most unique soundtrack, and this uniqueness extends to the gameplay and quest designs, all with the patented Yoko Taro touch. Its only let down by an unbalanced difficulty that robs many boss fights of their grandeur, and the sparseness of its world.

Berserk and the Band of Hawk is a fun and beautiful experience, especially for those who read the Manga or watched the anime. The soundtrack and the fast paced gameplay give you intense moments that will make your experience even better. Unfortunately, after a couple of hours, the game start to feel repetitive, and the lack of additional modes gives you no reason to play the game again after finishing the main story.

The game succeeds in delivering the feeling of being a sniper undertaking missions through its wide levels, and the well-suited sniping and stealth for the game world. There is a huge variety in where and how to finish each mission, and many options that affect your playstyle. However, the weak story, samey missions - especially the side missions - and some development flaws affect the overall experience. I recommend the game for shooter or stealth game fans, and I recommend even more to play the co-op campaign mode with a friend.

Horizon: Zero Dawn exceeded my expectations in almost every way. Although it has a number of annoying issues, it's still a must-play game whether you usually enjoy open world games or not, as the game delivers a unique experience through a great world and its own unique gameplay style.

3 / 5 - For Honor
Feb 21, 2017

For Honor delivers accurate and unique gameplay, unlimited upgrade options for every character, variety in levels design and a multiplayer mode that depends on cooperation with teammates more than playing solo. However, the game suffers from a weak and disappointing story mode, overpowered abilities that some characters have, limited game modes, pay-to-win microtransactions, and various connection issues.

4 / 5 - Nioh
Feb 7, 2017

Although it has its share of annoying issues; the combat mechanics, the challenging gameplay and the amount of content will help you overcome anything that affects the experience negatively. An excellent game overall. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend hours in a world full of challenges, and a fast-paced gameplay that depends more on your skills than your character's attributes.

Porting and modifying the game for the 3DS made a good platforming game for a handheld device. I don't consider it one of the best, but it has what makes it unique with a slow-paced gameplay, and a special and cute world (especially Poochy's character and actions). The levels' concepts are fun. Some of them are great, but most of them are just OK.

4 / 5 - Yakuza 0
Feb 1, 2017

A unique and refreshing experience compared to other open world games, whether it's the 80s setting, its various quests and the way it mixes seriousness with plenty of comedy or the brutal but never malicious fighting system. The only flaws are the somewhat low budget feel, but for those looking for something different, this is an excellent choice whether they’re new to the series or a veteran.

The perfect game for those who love stealth games, and a successful return to the classic form of Hitman. Hitman fans will find all of the things they missed in "Hitman: Absolution", and those who are new to the series will enjoy a very unique stealth game that will keep them engaged for a long while.
