Abzu is not a game for everyone. You need to take your time to enjoy the scenery and all the beautifully designed and colorful animals and vegetation. Abzu looks more like an interactive screensaver than a real game. If you're okay with mediocre gameplay mechanics and like to take a slow dive into the deep ocean, Abzu will be very calming and relaxing.

Redout expects your full commitment in every moment. The ultra fast races on well designed tracks combined with the dynamic soundtrack and a decent variety of ships make for an unbelievable adrenaline rush. Check out the free demo if you're unsure.

Tales from the Borderlands is one of the most interesting games from Telltale Games. It's comedic, has a bunch of cool characters and the soundtrack is simply wonderful. If you're into Borderlands and looking for a deeper story, Tales from the Borderlands will fulfill your dreams.

Wait for Sale - Clustertruck
May 9, 2018

Clustertruck does many things right. If you like the trailer, you'll enjoy the game. The controls are somewhat wobbly at first but with enough patience you'll surely have a lot of fun. Unfortunately the game is kinda short so it's best to wait for a sale.

Is total control a price worth paying for safety? Orwell: Keeping an Eye on You has some flaws gameplay-wise but overall the game tells a very interesting story and presents it in a thoughtful way. You're spying on people and feeding the machine with information. Try out the free demo and decide afterwards.

It's not easy to recommend a multiplayer only game with basically no one to play against. Even one of the best combat systems on the market doesn't make Mirage: Arcane Warfare worth buying with a player base that small.

With a strong focus on dialogues and character interaction, great voice acting and slightly improved visuals, A New Frontier continues Telltale's The Walking Dead in an enjoyable fashion.

Tooth and Tail breaks down the common RTS gameplay to its essence and simplifies the unit control. Intense multiplayer matches on random generated maps and a hard singleplayer campaign ensure long lasting enjoyment of a complex yet easy to understand indie hit.

If you liked A Normal Lost Phone, Another Lost Phone will be yet another enjoyable game for you. It's still weirdly entertaining to scroll through a stranger's phone.

Tanglewood is an old game released today. It's clunky but beautiful in its own way. You pretty much can't get more retro than this. Check it out if you're a fan of oldschool video games.

My faith in humanity got restored due to this game. I've never seen a more friendly community than this one. Hearing sentences like "I love you mom" from another player melt even the stoniest heart. New content gets added every week as you progress through your own human history. One Hour One Life is easily one of the most innovative games of 2018.

Ori and the Blind Forest is a beautiful game but the environments can be really distracting at times. It's hard to see all the deadly spikes and enemies while running and jumping at high speed and the game can become very frustrating. You will die alot, that's for sure. But even your many deaths will look incredibly good.

Blackwood Crossing tells an interesting story about family, relationships and loss. Sadly it's not easy to enjoy most of the slow and sometimes frustrating gameplay.

Meh - Dead Maze
Feb 12, 2018

The graphics are cool but the gameplay is way to casual. Overall there aren't enough challenges to keep the game interesting for a long period of time. Though it's free, so you could give it a try if you're searching for a top down zombie MMO.

I really tried to like The Swords of Ditto. Sadly the only thing that's appealing is the visual design. The gameplay on the other hand is not very rewarding or enjoyable - not even in two player coop.

Star Wars Battlefront nails the epic battle atmosphere with great visuals and authentic sound design. The gameplay on the other hand is somewhat shallow. The environments, whilst offering amazing graphics, aren't the best designed ones either. Star Wars Battlefront is most enjoyable in short sessions and should be acquired through the Origin Access subscription.
